I have dines here many tomes over the years and know that it is very loud and you can almost not hear the people at your own table. However, last night the service was poor and they ran out of napkins! We were given 1 napkin for 3 people and when we asked for napkins they only gave us a few cocktail napkins. Also, they were very stingy overall with the “extras” (protein with salad, pickles, ketchup, etc). Hope this was just a bad night because it was definitely not the experience...
We love Union Straw and come 3-4 times a month. We always have a wonderful experience, with delicious food and attentive/ personable staff. Tonight Anthony took great care of us and despite it being busy, he made sure we received top notch service. I also love how they rotate their food and drink menu with the seasons while keeping their classics year round. As a vegetarian, I always find something I can enjoy and my husband, who eats meat, also always find something he enjoys....
We were a family of 8 attending an event at Gillette stadium. I highly recommend Union Straw in Foxborough. Only 4 miles from Gillette. Emily was so kind and patient trying to fit our family in their busy day at the restaurant. We were placed in a beautiful quiet room in the back that overlooked the street. Lots of natural light and we shared the room with another party of 9. Michaela was our server. She did a phenomenal job serving 2 very large parties. The food was outstanding!...
