I ordered a steak and cheese sub and it had black hairs in it. so gross. ruined my dinner. the store is very dark the lighting is horrible and it's empty. i'm not sure what's going on here but i won't be back to find out. very disappointed

I was working in Framingham this past Tuesday and picked Anastasia's from my GrubHub app -- boy, that was the best pick. I ordered the Broccoli Shrimp Alfredo -- it was excellent -- the best I have ever had!!!

Anastasia's is so freaking good the food is awesome the owner is awesome very compassionate man I absolutely love their Pizza

I have ordered from this place several times at this point and every time I have ordered the Meat Lovers Pizza it has come in the box looking absolutely eye candy material. It has quite a good kick of cheese with each bite of it, a generous amount of meat on the pizza, the crust of it is a perfect thickness that still tastes good put back in the oven days after, and is one of very few pizzas that I have had that condiments is not required to enjoy it. The delivery drivers have been quite kind and I strongly recommend their pizza should this place come on your suggested

The pizza is pretty good but, the chicken soup is very obviously from a can (Progresso?), which I do not appreciate at all so I can’t give you more than 3 stars. I mean, really??! Do better!

I ordered lunch online and received verification of the order placed. When I went to pick up the order, the place was closed. My account was charged the amount of the order and now I have to go thru the lengthy process of having my credit card company dispute the charge. You need to shut off online ordering if you are not open.

I ordered an x-everything, the sandwich itself was delicious, but the service was terrible, the guy who served me looked at me because he was talking to a customer, the guy just handed me the sandwich and didn't even look at me. it was already paid, I had to ask to be charged otherwise I would have gotten the sandwich for free because the attendant was 100% focused on talking to the customer. (I hope he got her number)Because my service was horrible.Good product + bad service =I will never go back there again because I don't want to disturb the attendant in the art of conquest.
