Best Bertucci’s in town! Ordered catering packages and they included 10 soda cans for free! Excellent service and even better deals! Thanks Mateus!!

Excellent pizza! Nice atmosphere and our waiter, Daniel was amazing, he greeted us , showed us to our table, took our order and bused the tables. Daniel was very attentive and helpful with my non gluten restrictions, too.

Dan and the manager were awesome! Great Service!

Coming from California, it is hard to find a 5 start pizza place.

I don't think it's reasonable to wait almost an hour to pick up 2 pizzas you ordered online hours earlier.

Server was absent, never checked on us regarding food quality or water refills, dining room was frigid cold and roasted vegetable pizza had no sauce-menu description did not mention that.

This is a tired restaurant that appears to be struggling to hang in there. We went at 8:30 on a Saturday night and the place had food and paper all over the floor. The tables were sticky and the server mentioned that they weren't dirty but needed refinishing. The springs were pushing up in the booth bench seats. Ordered a martini with Tito's vodka and 20+ minutes later the server came back and said that they didn't have it and at that point the food was coming so had to cancel the drink. The only saving grace was that the pizza was good! They either need to step things up or just bite the bullet and close.

Food was decent, but service was extremely inefficient. One meal came cold and we had to send it back and they "checked in" about 5 times to tell us it would be right out, but everyone else had been finisehd for a long time before it came. When it did we had them put it straight into a box and left. They were apologetic and comped that meal, but it should not have happened.

Scott gave us fantastic service! He appeared to be the only server this afternoon but you would never know it—he was so quick and attentive. He put us at a quiet table as requested, then got our order right in, refills on drinks, rolls, and then automatically got us a second pizza to take home as he said the first one didn’t come out the way he wanted it to.. we were so lucky to have him today—thank you Scott for giving us such a wonderful dining experience!!

34 years ago I started working at the US Army soldier center down the road. I remember when this Bertucci opened, and it became a pay week favorite. My favorite? Shrimp bella Venezia. It had been a very long time since I had been here last. Service was wonderful, my salad, plentiful, and those evil rolls as warm and decadent as always. I thoroughly enjoyed my shrimp Bella Venezia!

On our way into Boston Friday night, my husband and I decided to eat at Bertucci's in Framingham. The food was fantastic but before we got to that, the service was incredible. Scott was our server, he had a great personality and was perfectly attentive, stopping by our table at just the right time, every time. When the food came, not only did it look delicious, but it was delicious. The grilled vegetable pizza was so pretty I didn't want to cut into it - so glad I did though! Try it, you will love it! Thank you, Scott, and Bertucci's for a great pre-show time and a wonderful meal too!!

We intentionally made a 5 pm reservation for a large group and it being V-Day. We were immediately brought to our table and soon there after our waiter came to take our drink order. He promptly returned with waters/non-alcoholic drinks and then over the course of the next 30-45 minutes, we got our bar drinks (not all together but 1 by 1 (or 2). The Host actually delivered a bottle of wine first while we continued to wait for the rest of the drinks. At this point, the dining room was filling up and other tables were ordering and receiving their food and we hadn't even placed our order. I immediately asked the waiter even before the last bar drink was served if we could put in our order which he did come back and take (1:15 into our seating). Our soups & salads came out short 1 and it took a bit to get the final salad. Our meals were served all together, again minus 1, which was served right after the rest but it was now 1:45 in to our seating. Half of our party was heading into Boston for an 8:00 pm show and we anticipated they would have plenty of time with a 5:00 pm reservation, but they quickly ate their food and left at 7:25 - almost 2 1/2 hours after arriving. The rest of us remained and boxed up what was left. I have ALWAYS been a huge fan of Bertucci's and the food did not disappoint. I can't say the kitchen was a problem because once they had our order it was prepared quickly. Unfortunately, I have to blame the waiter on not taking our order in a timely manner. We will return to Bertucci's as I said we have always been a fan, but I think management needs to address training with waitstaff and bartenders.
