Our server, Daniel, went absolutely above and beyond with his service, energy, and overall friendliness and hospitality. I would highly recommend this restaurant for the astounding service alone, but I feel I must extend my complements to the chef. The Mac and cheese was absolutely delicious.

We cannot praise Scott our server enough!
Once again, we had a wonderful experience with our family while at Bertucci's because of Scott. He is the absolute most wonderful waiter and he is the reason we keep returning!
Scott is so attentive and always makes us feel as if we are his only table. Scott is our favorite waiter and keeps us coming back to this location! Our kids love when he is our waiter and so do we! He makes going out to eat a delight ..even with three kids!

Our experience was superior solely due to Scott, our server, who has perfected his craft. The food was as expected from Bertuccis, and the atmosphere was perfect for lunch with my 4 and 1 year old kids.

My family and I came to Bertuccis tonight to celebrate my sister birthday with dinner. The food was great as always but it was the service that has me writing my first Google review. SCOTT was our server and from start to finish he was absolutely excellent. He was expeditious in his service, kind, and came back to the table numerous times. The restaraunt was very busy and it appeared they were also short staffed but we were never neglected or left waiting and Scott made us feel very special. It is people like him who will have us coming back again and again.

Scott our waiter was GREAT as usual We've been going there for the past 3 years, and always enjoy out meals
Bertucci's in Framingham always has good food and service. Our server is frequently Scott, who is terrific. He works very hard to be sure diners get everything they order quickly and as ordered.
The kitchen messed up. I am a vegetarian (even listed on my profile). I ordered a calzone with Zucchini and onion. It came with meat in it. I am thoroughly upset with this.
