BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

I ordered food for pickup at 9:45 pm as I was staying at the Aloft nearby. I ordered a French dip with a wedge side salad. I picked it up and got all the way back to my hotel before I realized the au jus was not in the bag. I walked all the way back to the restaurant to get the au jus and then back to my hotel room only to realize that the dressing for the salad was also not in the bag. By the time I was able to eat my food, the entire bottom of my sandwich was soggy.

Very expensive drinks and very small wouldn't have a drink there again 30 for 2 of the smallest and weakest margaritas I've ever had!!

Came here for dinner with the wife . Ordered the ribeye medium . Steak arrived rare and had a weird after taste . Meat was full of cartilage and fat . Hardly a good cut of meat . When our server saw that I had not touched my food he asked if there was anything wrong and when I told him what I thought was wrong he said that he’ll let the kitchen know . That was it . No attempt at trying to fix the issue . Got the bill and sure enough I was charged for a steak that I didn’t even eat. All in all spent $165 for two people and left hungry . Should not be complaining as I should have not expected more from a chain restaurant. Horrible food .

We came in, got sat and didn’t get greeted at all. Despite sitting for almost 20min. The host that sat us spoke 2 words to us and no further communication. Not even a sorry or goodnight as they saw us leave. We didn’t appreciate that and felt as though we were being discriminated against because we were a group of black women.

Waitress was extremely rude from beginning to end . I think the restaurant might have been short staffed so it was basically one waitress for the entire restaurant. I'm sorry if she was having a bad day but it does not mean to take it out on customers. Ordered kids meal and asked for whole milk waitress said coldly we only have 1 percent . I said ok that's fine . We ordered a second beer for which one was not available so ordered alternative instead. Waited 20 minutes for second, at end noticed got charged for the additional beer that was not available . We noticed after we handed the payment to which waitress replied I wish you told me sooner very annoyed and frustrated. Made us feel like it was our fault when she should of taken the beer of the bill in the first place. I understand I'd she was under pressure but she was extremely rude and cold! Unfortunately won't be coming back .

Pretty flat foot taste. Got in house light beer, was much like water. didn’t like much. On the flip side the atmosphere was nice.

Don't order online and check out as a guest through doordash. Ordered through site for delivery, transfered to door dash and checked out as guest. Had multiple missing items. Called takeout and was assured they were packed (although the bag was packed and couldn't possibly have fit the other items) and said the driver probably took them and they couldn't give me credit for the items. Driver said he didn't have them. Chaulked it up as a loss - but found the whole situation odd.

First off, My server Jameelah honestly made my dining experience a memorable one. She was in a really good mood as well as making me feel as if I was at home! Her knowledge on the menu was also fantastic! I asked her about many items on the menu and she knew all about them! She was also very quick due to her being very attentive to me and my significant other. And as for the food it was honestly good! I was recommended a dish by Jameelah and I really enjoyed the meal overall and would like to come back to try it again! Keep up the good work!

Quinn was a really good server. Excellence food, and everything came out quickly. Quinn gave us amazing service and was very funny. Make sure you ask for Quinn for an excellent experience.

I had a fantastic time!The food was delicious, but what really stood out was the service. Kjersten was an incredible waitress! She was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. She truly went above and beyond to make our visit special. Highly recommend this place, and be sure to ask for Kjersten if you're looking for top notch service!

Bartenders were friendly and talkative while working their tushies off. Drinks were tasty and the food was proper.
