I received a call from the restaurant at 5:55 when our reservation was for 6 wondering where we were and then asking if a high top was alright when k had stated there were young kids! When we arrived they were not prepared for us and sat another large group ahead of us. Service was okay, one meal did not come out until halfway through the meal and some orders were not correct. They were out of vanilla ice cream when it is a signature piece of their desserts. Bill took forever to arrive. Just not an awesome experience all around.

BJ's Restaurant is a nice place to go with family and friends. The music is great! The menu is huge and varied. I recommend to make a reservation, mainly on the weekends.

Fun atmosphere to gather with friends. Food is very good and reasonable. Service was friendly but a bit slow. Love the margaritas and the Salmon.

The food was just ok. I had a personal deep dish pizza - nothing special- not crispy enough, cheese tasted like all mozzarella / very heavy. The other item ordered was chicken Alfredo which was reported to be ok - not great.

We have been to BJ's several times and it never disappoints. The service, the entrees and the ambience were all excellent.

First time visiting here was last year and when I told the waitress it was my birthday (no one had given me a gift), she gave me a cake. I felt loved by this stranger! Well a few days ago I had my date here and it was again, very beautiful..

First time here; the food tasted good. Nice outdoor covered patio where we sat. One of our dishes came out very late compared to the rest of the food because it had to be redone, which was disappointing. Great server that helped take that into account for us.

Service was mediocre, it was extremely busy so probably understaffed. Food came out at different times. It was extremely noisy to the point it was difficult to have a conversation at our table. I wish I had requested a table in a corner. The waitress was pleasant but not great, she may have been new.

We stopped to charge at about 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. There were lots of people working, presumably preparing for the dinner rush. We walked into the order pickup side entrance and were directed to the front by two people. There was a woman at the front who walked away as we approached. She definitely knew we were there. We then stood there for a few minutes while feeling watched and ignored. Again, lots of people were working.

Anyway, after being seated, the service was pretty slow. Except for when we got our food and were taking the 1st bite. She was right back immediately asking how the food was. Not that we needed anything in that moment. But she clearly had to ask that question. Other than that, back to slow. No refills but then we wanted to leave anyway.

We won’t be back. I’ll charge down the road and grab Chipotle or something.

This place is hit or miss. I love coming here after work because their cocktails are great but a major issue here is they close at midnight. Doors are open and you’ll sit down for a drink and they say “sorry we already did last call” okay? I just walked through that door and yall are open. Came in on a Friday night at 11:30 severed by a short petite bartender who basically refused service until I started talking about how I literally came in this time last weekend and had no issues whatsoever. I love Sophia and Shelly (might have her name wrong) and another bartender who was unfortunately let go. But as someone who works in a nearby restaurant— Sometimes we just want to sit down and have a drink after work and this whole doors are open and restaurant is open but we’re not serving thing should be addressed by management. If you’re no longer serving customers, you should lock your doors.

I live in Framingham and have been a regular customer at BJ’s for quite some time. I used to really enjoy it—the food was consistently great. But unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill.

I loved their nachos, but one day they came out cold. The next time, I specifically asked for them to be made the way they used to be, but they were still served cold. Most recently, we ordered the fried calamari, and what we got looked more like fried crumbs of flour than actual calamari.

Sadly, we’ve decided to stop going. We now go to Legal Sea Foods nearby, which consistently serves excellent food.

Takeout order of pizza, just wasn’t worth it. The flavors were fine, but for the price I expected a larger pie and more bold fresh flavors.

Went with a group of work friends. It took 40 min to get our beers and I ordered first and my food came close to last and was cold. I paid $33 for a cold steak. They took an hour to cash out or checks and my friends were catching a movie next door and where late to the movie.
