We stopped to charge at about 4pm on a Sunday afternoon. There were lots of people working, presumably preparing for the dinner rush. We walked into the order pickup side entrance and were directed to the front by two people. There was a woman at the front who walked away as we approached. She definitely knew we were there. We then stood there for a few minutes while feeling watched and ignored. Again, lots of people were working.
Anyway, after being seated, the service was pretty slow. Except for when we got our food and were taking the 1st bite. She was right back immediately asking how the food was. Not that we needed anything in that moment. But she clearly had to ask that question. Other than that, back to slow. No refills but then we wanted to leave anyway.
We won’t be back. I’ll charge down the road and grab Chipotle or something.

This place is hit or miss. I love coming here after work because their cocktails are great but a major issue here is they close at midnight. Doors are open and you’ll sit down for a drink and they say “sorry we already did last call” okay? I just walked through that door and yall are open. Came in on a Friday night at 11:30 severed by a short petite bartender who basically refused service until I started talking about how I literally came in this time last weekend and had no issues whatsoever. I love Sophia and Shelly (might have her name wrong) and another bartender who was unfortunately let go. But as someone who works in a nearby restaurant— Sometimes we just want to sit down and have a drink after work and this whole doors are open and restaurant is open but we’re not serving thing should be addressed by management. If you’re no longer serving customers, you should lock your doors.

I live in Framingham and have been a regular customer at BJ’s for quite some time. I used to really enjoy it—the food was consistently great. But unfortunately, the quality has gone downhill.
I loved their nachos, but one day they came out cold. The next time, I specifically asked for them to be made the way they used to be, but they were still served cold. Most recently, we ordered the fried calamari, and what we got looked more like fried crumbs of flour than actual calamari.
Sadly, we’ve decided to stop going. We now go to Legal Sea Foods nearby, which consistently serves excellent food.

Takeout order of pizza, just wasn’t worth it. The flavors were fine, but for the price I expected a larger pie and more bold fresh flavors.

Went with a group of work friends. It took 40 min to get our beers and I ordered first and my food came close to last and was cold. I paid $33 for a cold steak. They took an hour to cash out or checks and my friends were catching a movie next door and where late to the movie.

This was my 2nd time at this location. The 1st was excellent. The salmon dish, server and speed of service was excellent. Today, was the opposite. Now I was solo the 1st time and this time was with a group. So, I understood that the speed of service would be different, but not like this. It took forever to get our food. We waited so long, one person had to leave before the food came out. My smash burger with a salad was rung up as a smash burger with fries. I got one drink and when I asked for a refill. It never came and the server never spoke of it. The burger was warm and the bottom bun was soggy. Like it was sitting for a while. Not sure it was the server, kitchen or just the management today. If it was my 1st time at this location. It would’ve been my last. Plus, the Piezookie that had to be “to go” did come with the ice cream, nor a spoon. The BJ’s near my house in S.FLA has never been like this, whether it’s slow or busy.

I got the steak wedge salad, the steak was tough and the chimichurri sauce was bland and not like most chimichurri sauces. My daughter got the jalapeño burger and she asked for medium well....it came out raw. The put another one on for her which came out burnt on the outside. She said it was really bland as well. The food there is not good especially for the price. They also tried to charge me for 2 burger!!! The waitress was extremely slow. Took forever to get an ice water with lemon and for her to take put my daughters new burger in. Honestly it look and felt like she was high or something. I will never come back.

The meal deal with the piezooki was good. I had the chicken Parm with spaghetti. Even though the chicken was nice and warm the spaghetti lacked flavor. But don't get me wrong I loved the chicken Parm. I loved the strawberry shortcake piezooki that came highly recommended by our server Cole. And he didn't stear us wrong it's now my favorite. Cole our waiter was warm and friendly and even though the restaurant was very busy he always took the time to stop at our table to see how we were doing.
I would go there again. Very clean ample parking and convenient location to get to

The food was delicious and the piezookies amazing. Our server Charles was friendly and attentive. My mom really enjoyed the prime rib.
We came to BJ's Restaurant for the full rack of baby back ribs. The ribs were very good and the barbecue sauce was delicious. Usually the ribs come with 2 onion rings on top which we didn't get. It took a while to find the waitress and let her know. The service was ok, but twice it took a long time to get our server. I tried the strawberry martini that they feature and it seemed small. It was ok. My husband had the Wachusett blueberry beer which he liked because it had fresh blueberries at the bottom of the drink.
Excellent food. Excellent service. Highly recommend. Our server Jas was so sweet and helpful
A Lively restaurant with a nice selection of craft beers and many differing food offerings. My steak was great:)
