BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse

The food was delicious and the piezookies amazing. Our server Charles was friendly and attentive. My mom really enjoyed the prime rib.

We came to BJ's Restaurant for the full rack of baby back ribs. The ribs were very good and the barbecue sauce was delicious. Usually the ribs come with 2 onion rings on top which we didn't get. It took a while to find the waitress and let her know. The service was ok, but twice it took a long time to get our server. I tried the strawberry martini that they feature and it seemed small. It was ok. My husband had the Wachusett blueberry beer which he liked because it had fresh blueberries at the bottom of the drink.

Service: Marcus was fantastic. Made my daughter's 15th birthday lunch very special. Food: Ahi Tuna salad did not look like the picture on the menu. Served maybe 6 pieces of tuna. The shrimp scampi was soupy and ultimately sent back. Shrimp tacos, pretzel and wonton apps were decent. Lots of food competition in the area. Suggest making a more concerted effort on the food. Ambience: Always a fun place to visit full of energy. Like the bar area, the tap selection, the numerous TVs

Everything was awesome. Service was great. Very attentive waitress and was willing to help me decide on a meal. She was very knowledgeable about the menu.

I ordered food for pickup at 9:45 pm as I was staying at the Aloft nearby. I ordered a French dip with a wedge side salad. I picked it up and got all the way back to my hotel before I realized the au jus was not in the bag. I walked all the way back to the restaurant to get the au jus and then back to my hotel room only to realize that the dressing for the salad was also not in the bag. By the time I was able to eat my food, the entire bottom of my sandwich was soggy.

Very expensive drinks and very small wouldn't have a drink there again 30 for 2 of the smallest and weakest margaritas I've ever had!!

Came here for dinner with the wife . Ordered the ribeye medium . Steak arrived rare and had a weird after taste . Meat was full of cartilage and fat . Hardly a good cut of meat . When our server saw that I had not touched my food he asked if there was anything wrong and when I told him what I thought was wrong he said that he’ll let the kitchen know . That was it . No attempt at trying to fix the issue . Got the bill and sure enough I was charged for a steak that I didn’t even eat. All in all spent $165 for two people and left hungry . Should not be complaining as I should have not expected more from a chain restaurant. Horrible food .

We came in, got sat and didn’t get greeted at all. Despite sitting for almost 20min. The host that sat us spoke 2 words to us and no further communication. Not even a sorry or goodnight as they saw us leave. We didn’t appreciate that and felt as though we were being discriminated against because we were a group of black women.

Waitress was extremely rude from beginning to end . I think the restaurant might have been short staffed so it was basically one waitress for the entire restaurant. I'm sorry if she was having a bad day but it does not mean to take it out on customers. Ordered kids meal and asked for whole milk waitress said coldly we only have 1 percent . I said ok that's fine . We ordered a second beer for which one was not available so ordered alternative instead. Waited 20 minutes for second, at end noticed got charged for the additional beer that was not available . We noticed after we handed the payment to which waitress replied I wish you told me sooner very annoyed and frustrated. Made us feel like it was our fault when she should of taken the beer of the bill in the first place. I understand I'd she was under pressure but she was extremely rude and cold! Unfortunately won't be coming back .

We had reservations for 4 at 7pm and didn't get seated until almost quarter past. Our waitress was exceptional! She was very personable, gave us advise on menu items, and was complete understanding with the food issues we had. The appetizers were very good. The drinks were great, although they weren't very consistent. I ordered the Titos Strawberry Lemonade. The first one was very sweet, and I didn't taste any alcohol. The second was not as sweet, and I could taste o it a hint of the Titos. As for the food, we did have several issues. I got the Philly and it was delicious, but not hot. I also asked for onion rings instead of fries, but it came with the fries. The waitress did let the kitchen know, but they never brought onion rings out. My friend got the sirlion cooked medium. It was a bit undercooked for her liking and cool to the touch. Her mashed potatoes were ice cold. Even the plate was cold. She ended up sending it back and ordering boneless wings, which were great. My husband got the rib eye medium rare. One side was exactly how he ordered it and the other side was as grey as it could be (well done). I don't even know how it's possible to cook one piece of steak to 2 completely different temperatures. He told the waitress, even though he was going to eat it anyway. She was so shocked she asked if she could show the kitchen. They ended up making him a new one which came out perfect. No manager came to our table, but they did take both steaks off the menu. We're hoping it was just a bad day and will probably give the place another try.

Pretty flat foot taste. Got in house light beer, was much like water. didn’t like much. On the flip side the atmosphere was nice.
