This place will take forever to get your food. I can't even get a crown from the drive thru and when I show an person to get me a crown he did not know. Not worth it.

Today I was ordering at about 11:30am which I asked for coffee and a gentleman with a bad attitude told the employee not to sell coffee she very kindly sold it to me delivered it I sat down to drink my coffee and the gentleman shouted several times at the employee I hope they take action in this matter it is not a way to treat the employees

Dogs for Dummies

Remember to check all orders before leaving the parking lot. Picked up food around 12:30 on July 21. Specially asked for no mayo, tomato, and declined cheese. Well I guess they dont care about allergies because I got both mayo and cheese. Paid for a meal I cant even eat and at this point im not driving back. I get its fast food but cheese doesnt even come on the whopper, guess letting them know of allergies doesnt matter. Also they don't have coke for anyone wondering

Your customer service is NEGATIVE 100 .the way she talks like she is flirting - so annoying!!!! Please get some training how to speak with adults, you are not at home .also managers , make sure your employees are watching cameras and helping customers to order using drive thru . I waited there just to order a drink , no one showed up , I drove up to the window and she told me I have to go back to use drive thru . What ?? disgusting place . 0 stars . Everyone with no exception needs a training.
Spoke with a manager who refused to provide me with her name , she told me it’s ok if we stop coming to this place - basically she cares less about this place . No wonder why they have low ratings and awful customer service .

Awful customer service. Can’t even count how many burgers they make… After returning to try and get the last burger they give a card for a chicken sandwich. Get new staff and general manager. This isn’t the first time these lazy incompetent workers forgot to put the fries in the bag. With the quality these employees work at they might as-well be unemployed final bosses. Also paula absolutely stinks at handling customer service. GET EVERYONE OUT!!!
