Reasoning behind the crappy rating was the crappy manager that was on shift. I ordered food for my family and was prompted to go through the drive thru to pickup which was a first, I got to the 2nd window and I got handed a drink tray with 2 drinks when 3 was ordered , the manager got loud and decided to tell me what was on my order when I even confirmed I had 3 drinks ordered and he still refused to give it to me. On top of that he “reassured” me probably 5+ times that everything was in the bag and there was absolutely nothing missing. I live not too far from the location so I waited till I got home sat at the table with family and was missing an entire meal. That meant someone at my table couldn’t eat. Missing whopper Missing pineapple float Missing the sauce added to the mobile order. The cherry on top was the disrespect towards my honesty of items I paid for. Burger King do better. Also get that manager on indeed asap. ****this is also the 3rd time in a row stuff has been missing from my order, which is why I am going out of my way to make this review.

Takeout and I have always had great service at framingham burger king They are always on there game insuring I get a hot meal especially when I come off a night shift. Im usually hungry after working all night doing electrical work Thanks
