Appetizers are very good,but service is terrible,at least at night,drinks are too expensive, especially caipirinha, and it takes way too long to get another round . When you ask for the check, they just tell you the amount, they don't bring it to you, unless you ask to see it. Never seen anything like that.My friend almost paid double tip because they had already charged on the bill , even if you ask for just a drink, they include the tip. I don't think I'll be back.

The meats aren’t high quality. The ambiance lack light, and the food is a poor representation of what Brazil has to offer. The restaurant was made to hold big parties but it seems like it’s always empty. You can find better Brazilian food around.

This was our second visit, and both times the restaurant was almost empty, maybe 2–3 other tables at most. We had the same server both visits, and unfortunately his lack of interest in providing good service is hard to ignore. He isn’t friendly, and anytime you ask for something it feels like you’re bothering him. That definitely takes away from the experience.
We didn’t realize at first that Café Belô is an all-you-can-eat Brazilian steakhouse, which is a nice surprise at a very reasonable price (listed as about $20 for lunch and $25 for dinner). However, both times we went around 1 pm, we were charged $26 for lunch, so I’m not sure how accurate their website pricing is.
On the positive side, the food is good. The salad bar has about 10 different options, plus hot sides like rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, stews, fries, fried cassava, and more. For the meats, you order from a counter where the staff shows you the cuts before slicing—this part of the service has been consistently friendly both times we visited.
The restaurant itself is large, with several private rooms available for events, which could be a nice option for parties or celebrations.
Overall, Café Belô has good food and fair prices, but the service really needs improvement. Friendlier, better-trained staff would make a huge difference. It also feels like they could use more visibility—especially since there are two other Brazilian spots in Framingham with similar or higher prices that are always busy. With some improvements, Café Belô could definitely be a place we’d want to return to more often. For now, we might give it another try in a few months to see if things have changed.

BEWAREEE THIS PLACE IS BREAKING THE LAW I ATTACHED THE RECEIPT . THEY CHARGE CASH VS NON CASH TO THEIR CUSTOMERS UNBELEIVBLE . Please do not get robbed !!! I asked for a manager she stated this is discount if I pay cash WHICH IS NOT TRUE SINCE I DID THE MATH. PLEASE DO THINGS LEGALLY CASH CANNOT BE WRITTEN OFF (everyone else pays taxes please don't avoid it) AND NOW THEY ARE AVOIDING MERCHANT FEES AND CHARGING US THE MERCHANT FEE THIS IS CRAZY .. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THE TOWN OF FRAMINGHAM AND THE STATE. DISGUISTING WAY OFF STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS ALSO THE FOOD WAS DRY and they took forever to bring our drinks over .. I attached 2 pics below 1 of the receipt and the other from the state of mass !!!!!!1

Definitely if you like to eat sóft and fresh meet not the best place , the meet was tooooo dry if you like to enjoy a delicius Brazil churrasco spent little more money and find a different place , you get what you pay for , is just my opinion!

I had a wonderful experience at Café Belo! The food was excellent with so many options to choose from, there’s definitely something for everyone. Everything we ordered was fresh and delicious. The prices are very reasonable for the quality and variety offered. Our server, Michael, was friendly, attentive, and very helpful. He made sure we had everything we needed and made the experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Café Belo to anyone looking for great food and great service!

Great ambiance, stopped by this evening for some drinks and appetizers, while the appetizers were delicious, the drinks were quite disappointing. The Brazilian caipirinha was room temperature, mostly fruit juice and could barely taste the cachaça (Brazilian liquor).
Also tried the Long island ice tea, equally disappointing, room temperature and very watered down. Won’t return for the drinks.
