Title: Mixed Experience - Great Atmosphere, Poor ServiceReview:The atmosphere at this restaurant is fantastic - a real standout feature. However, the food was only okay, and the service left much to be desired. During my visit with friends on 2/9/24, we sat on the bench by the wall and were unfortunately neglected by our waitress for over 40 minutes after our second drink order. It was frustrating that she didn't explain how the rodízio and buffet worked, leading to confusion. It's evident that the service could greatly benefit from more attentive training for the staff. While the place itself is awesome, the experience could have been much better, especially for those not seated in the middle of the restaurant.

I’ve been waiting for 47 mins for my juice that I ordered, everyone at my table already got 2 rounds of alcoholic drinks and I still haven’t got my JUICE? The waiter told me that they are prioritizing alcoholic drinks. Unacceptable. It’s sucks because the food is good the drinks are good and the ambiance is nice but the service sucks.

We enjoyed the food! Great flavor. Just a touch too salty on some items. Prices were super reasonable. I wish the tables were farther apart so we could be more comfortable and have more room. We came with a stroller and were put right next to the buffet with no room to put the stroller even though there were tables that could've better accommodated us. No big deal, but could've made the experience better! We'll definitely be back regardless.
