This location always has great service. On my last visit William Seaver was super kind and patient because I came in with a confusing breakfast order near 10:20am (breakfast ends at 10:30am) and him and the staff helped me to get my breakfast.
I typically don't leave reviews on any restaraunt or service, but this time I had to. My family and I went to this Chick-fil-A location in Natick, MA and we were helped by Victoria. She made the whole experience superb and absolutely floored is with her world class service. She was incredibly friendly and considerate to our needs and that of our toddler, seeking to make his experience very fun and positive. She's gone above and beyond - more so than some waiters at high-end...
