Overall, the meal was good. Pretty shocked that this place actually ran out of forks and all of the fountain drinks were out of order. You shouldn’t run out of those things. That’s management failure.
Never had to eat a salad with a spoon before…

I placed a delivery order and not only were multiple condiments missing from my order, there was also a hair in my food. This leads me to question the bare minimum standards held here. Are the hair nets the employees wear just for decoration?

Very rude manager, not even ready to listen , my order name was not pronounced correctly instead of listening to me she kept saying you wait (for a ready order??) had to follow her around to get my order….when i tried to find who is manager, she arrogantly said she is and again ask me to wait …I understand things can get busy but never enough to listen to customer for 16 seconds

Im don't go to chipotle very often but the staff here is very nice and I really like the food. Whoever was making my order was doing tricks with the food like a hibachi place and don't know why but HE MADE MY DAY!!! It was so fun and the other people in line and I were like "woahh did you see that!!!" I RECOMMEND THIS CHIPOTLE!!!
