I ordered through doordash, was so excited because this was the normal chipotle and really wanted to try the red chimichurri. First driver stole it, 2nd driver ghosted me, 3rd one was kind enough to tell me that my first driver stole it and that Chipotle staff wont remake order BECAUSE MY DRIVER STOLE IT!!!!!!!!!! never ordering from this place ever again.
And if you really want to have chipotle from this place, go in to the store, never order delivery.

Overall, this Chipotle is great. The staff works hard, the food’s consistent, and they rarely ever get an order wrong.
My only gripe is how they handle online pickup orders. Instead of putting them on the pickup shelf like the app says, they keep them behind the counter. So you have to go to the side window and ask, and sometimes it takes a few minutes before anyone notices you’re there. I’ve had to wait around five minutes a few times just to get someone’s attention.
Other than that, it’s a solid, well-run location that clearly has a good team.

rude staff that are either outwardly rude or creepy guys calling the women customers “baby.” plus they’re extremely slow service here. there’s a better chipotle to go to in Framingham, avoid this one.

Ordered pickup and stood in the window for 5 minutes. Finally someone came up and gave me an order. It was not my order. My order was already ready before I got there. Terrible service

Definitely my favorite Chipotle. Prices here are more affordable than at other locations, the service is always friendly, and the portions are consistent and just right. Even when I’m far from Framingham, I prefer driving to this location because the experience is always excellent.

On August 24, 2025, I was given a to-go bowl with a visible hole on the bottom (discovered after the fact), which caused hot sauce, veggies and marinade to leak through the bag all over my shirt, a portion of my shorts and the interior of the vehicle. When I walked back inside with a messy, leaking bag and soiled clothing, both females working the register laughed and ignored me. A woman approached from behind them and offered to transfer the food into a new bowl, which I took. I am unable to get the stains out of my clothing and the interior upholstery of the vehicle at this time. I was not offered any assistance with removing the stains (seltzer water and paper towel would have been appropriate), an apology or refund.
I reported this incident through Chipotle’s website and was offered one free entree as a resolution, which is unacceptable. I never intend on eating at any Chipotle again.
