Place was so dirty and gross I couldn't sit down to eat. Seats near the window were dirty, someone had left their meal on the table and hadn't picked it up. Trash all over the other tables too. Staff was standing around not doing anything as well

The customer service at Chipotle is going downhill fast. No wonder their rating has dropped to 3 stars—at this rate, it’ll be 1 star soon if they keep treating customers the way we were treated today.
I ordered a veggie burrito to go and asked for guac on the side. To my surprise, I was charged extra. I double-checked on Chipotle’s own site, and it clearly states guac is included with a veggie bowl or burrito. When I pointed this out, the staff argued with me instead of fixing the mistake—telling me I should feel “lucky” they didn’t charge me more.
That kind of attitude and incorrect charging is unacceptable. Customers shouldn’t have to fight for what’s clearly stated as free. Chipotle, please get your policies and staff training in order—you’re losing loyal customers with experiences like this.

The service was HORRIBLE. The ingredients were all seperated from eachother. All of my sour cream oozed out the bottom of my burrito.

Avoid This Chipotle in Marlborough – Terrible Experience
I had a horrible experience at the Chipotle in Marlborough and would strongly advise others to avoid this location. The service was extremely poor, both in-store and for delivery.
First, my delivery order was a complete mess—missing drinks, and the food was sloppily prepared, as if no care was taken at all. When I tried to contact customer service, I couldn’t even find a phone number to report the issue, which is incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, the employees in the store were rude and unhelpful. Instead of addressing concerns, they seemed indifferent and dismissive. The overall lack of professionalism and quality control at this location is unacceptable, especially for a chain like Chipotle.
I’ve had much better experiences at other Chipotle locations, but this one is by far the worst. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else. Until they improve their service and food quality, I won’t be returning.

Placed a pickup order and when i picked it up the bowl wasnt even half full. Refused to refund me at all
This was like half the normal portion size. Barely enough to say it was a meal and definitely not worth the 20$ I spent on it. Sadly it was delivered or I wouldve corrected it in person. Disappointing to say the least.

⚠️AVOID THE AREA!⚠️
This location started out strong but boy did things go downhill quickly. I don’t just mean in the usual way of getting “generous portions” from the staff, but also in quality of the food. Chipotle advertises “fresh” food but everything was soggy, chips were far from being done as they were chewy. Sour cream was more water than anything else. Staff seemed very much in a rush to get half a scoop into bowl as if it was timed. Quality of food and level of service was horrible, bad enough to not go back.

Disregard all the good reviews. This place opened not too long ago and was amazing at first (when all the good reviews were submitted). I’ve had my last straw with this establishment, from tiny, TINY portion sizes, to high school kids running the place and not caring about your order, etc . Take your money elsewhere. I paid same price at a different location and was completely satisfied. This is the only chipotle I’ve had continuous problems with. I’ve walked out mid order twice in a row when I asked for a little bit extra meat, I counted 3 pieces of steak added to my bowl, and the manager told the cashier “double meat”. I’m not paying $4 for a total of 3 extra pieces of steak sir. Love chipotle but if you’re thinking of going here, you’re better off going to the roast beef place across the street for your satisfaction. Shame on you.
