Order food over an hour ago said was deliver, but never got it had them make it again called and the customer service lady hung up on us multiple times

I was trying to complain they told me we will give you number for complain. One time I got hair in pizza, other time we the put a lot of sauce and this time they don’t know how to cut pizza. Every time there are something I have proof too this is proof.

Terrible to park. They have really narrow and tight spaces. Fast service. Okay pizza but bad other food options (boneless chicken and sandwich). Boneless chicken was dry and hard to chew and sandwich (chicken bacon ranch) was missing chicken on the other half of the sandwich. Also really expensive. Spent around $54 for a medium pizza with pepperoni, sausage, pepper and 16 piece boneless chicken and a sandwich. Haven't had Dominoes in a while. Probably not coming back again

Yesterday I had order 2 large pizzas and when the driver got to my house he said he had change but then he said he didn't and did not wanted to go get change as a delivery driver he's supposed to have change what he did was bad customer service. I won't be order from here any time soon. My advice to customers make sure you have the amount you want to give them including the tip because they won't and its not the first time this happened to me.

DON’T BUY!!!! If I could give zero stars, I would. This is not the first time I’ve ordered from here and they keep sending my order incomplete. This time, we decided to pick it up ourselves to avoid the same issue. My husband went to pick it up, and once again, the sauces were missing — even though I was charged an extra $2 for them.
It’s honestly ridiculous at this point. This has happened multiple times.it was last time for us!!! Please, do not order from here. The pizza tastes awful, the place does not seem clean, and they still manage to leave items out even when they’ve already charged you for them.

- 1 rude woman told me to hold on because she just clocked in and needed to get situated. HORRIBLE !! I was on hold for a bit and I could hear her laughing and talking with a bunch of kids. I am taking this further
Our first time & very bad, we ordered small veg pizza with 1)extra sauce 2) extra cheese 3) lightly cooked... It arrived cold dry tough & almost no sauce & no extra cheese & half was very bare & practically nothing on it. We called back to the Framingham store & twice they put us in hold for 20 minutes until we had to hang up. We then contacted corporate & emailed this same baddness & us requesting our money back or coupon for at least 25$ only for them to reply we would hear from someone at location however we never did since 2weeks. Yesterday we decided to call& see if they would honor no cost & the same order & Victoria sweetly obliged & made the same pizza correctly & at no charge. She was friendly & made a bad situation right. Thank you good Victoria, same good business practices to you in life for doing the right thing & the pizza was made perfectly this time We tipped the driver 5$.

I went to concord st store in Framingham, I don’t know if it’s because it wasn’t busy, But the store was okay, Looked cleaned and organized, There was a girl and a guy working, this was 12am, They were super nice.

My mother is older and always orders the pizza the old way by calling in and she asks to hear basically the whole menu and the people on the phone are always patient even if busy and the delivery driver even help and bring the pizzas in for her!! Very good customer service and the food comes out perfect almost every time! Thank you I appreciate the values you uphold always awesome too see!
