Made an order and selected the option " Call when get here " because my house has multiple doors, driver delivered and never called me or rang the bell, my pizza was sitting in the snow for over 20 minutes. My pregnant wife called the store and the attendant said " it's your problem you didn't check the door " With those words.. Terrible experience.

I called the store on Valentines Day and asked them if they make heart shaped pizzas. The young lady on the phone said they don’t but she would ask her manager. While on hold i could hear the whole staff saying yes let’s do it i believe in us let’s try it. It was so funny and manager said yes he will try and do it for me. I wasn’t expecting it to be perfect but when i got there it was better than expected. Phone was answered quick it was busy time and they still went above and beyond for me. Thank you to the whole staff keep up the amazing job.

We tried to order a pizza call in many time nobody answers , and if they answer they hung up , I went in person to order and they were not busy they were just standing talking I asked why they didn’t answer the phone because I called many times to place an order I didn’t receive any answer they ignore me and this is not the first time it happend

Spent over $50 today and everything I bought the dough was raw. Some parts cooked but most of it raw. Tried to reheat in the microwave but didn’t taste the same. $50 down the drain.. won’t be ordering from this location again.

I ordered my “favorite order” with their automatic system , my pizza still came out wrong. I called to tell them and they said they need to confirm my pizza was wrong so I drive 15 minutes back and they say they can’t remake my whole order not just my pizza — keep in mind my cinnamon bread sticks and my lava cakes were at home getting cold and soggy and nasty or whatever. As I wait 20 minutes in the parking lot( I order ahead so I can get there in 15 and leave with my pizza right on time) a coworker comes and knocks on my window with some cinnamon bread twists and my pizza , no lava cakes …??? I go back inside after 10 minutes the manager finally faces me face to face like the final boss of a video game and he says he can’t remake my lava cakes. Why? Because they aren’t bad he says, but he made the cinnamon bread sticks? Odd. You don’t waste another man’s time, time is time, bro wasted my life. I can make the money back I spent on this crappy bum food and gas to get their and gas idling in their small crappy bum parking lot, which I will now be going to South borough from now on … bigger parking lot btw. I have to wake up at 6 am for work and just wanted some food before I lay to rest, now I lay angry, disappointed, hungry, unable to eat. Thank you dominoes, for wasting my time.

Parking: Like 3 spots and a disables spot, in downtown Framingham, people get stuck at the entrance of the lot.

we are returning customers of this dominos and we have a “favorite order”saved on our account because it’s what we order every time.(Large pizza, cinnamon bread twists, lava cake) We drive 15 minutes there to get our order and when we get home the pizza was wrong. We called to have the order fixed and they wouldn’t start our new order until we got there to “prove” our order was wrong. So now we have to wait in the parking lot for 30 minutes while they remake our pizza. Meanwhile the rest of our food we had previously bought home was sitting there getting cold. The manager on shift didn’t know English and was very rude, wouldn’t do anything to help compensate for the restaurants mistake. They wasted over an hour of my time. Horrible customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place. There is another dominos in southborough 10 mins from here. Will be going there from now on!

Parking: The parking lot is horrible. 3 cars can fit nicely any more and people will get stuck in behind others. They also take up the small lot with their own delivery car.

I ordered for delivery and I didn’t receive the full order, i did get the chicken caesar salad and ranch dipping. The delivery guy didn’t care that the order is incomplete. He gave me the receipt and I showed him that these items are missing. All he cared about to take a tip (FOR WHAT????).
Called 5 times and all they did is open the line and say nothing.
