Went in and tried to get a coffee and some treats, but the cashier behind the counter was cold, unmotivated to provide information on the baked goods, not friendly at all and acting like I was wasting her time. The worst service I have ever seen in a ice cream shop. I don’t know what was wrong with her but she didn’t welcome us, didn’t get the order for 10mins she didn’t even ask us to wait and the best part she was serving other two guest who were seated already other than that nobody was there. Finally she came to ice cream section with a rude face. I thanked her but she didn’t even say a word then I thought she might not know English but she said it was 7$ which means she knows English.
Everyone has a bad day maybe today it’s her’s but please treat customers with respect it spoils our mood also.
Talking about the ice cream I tried a spoon of hazelnut felt like nice and got a medium cup then after having 2spoons of hazelnut I don’t even feel the taste. Now it feels like just a cup of vanilla ice cream. I regret buying it?♀️

Dulce D Leche has my absolute favorite tres leches cake, so my fiancée and I hired them to do both a tiered presentation cake and tres leches sheet cakes for our wedding. The cakes were beautiful, delicious, and on time - very impressed!

We have been loving this place and coming for years. In the recent 5-6 months, we noticed that the flavors in one of the freezer are always melted and too soft; the flavors in the other freezer are always too hard. The taste is still as good but the texture is not. Please fix your freezer and bring back the high quality you used to have!

Always a treat visiting Dulce D Leche. The gelato is delicious and there are other amazing treats to choose from including homemade chocolates, cookies, cakes and bars. Skip dessert at the restaurant and come here instead. You will not be disappointed.

I bought two cakes last Thursday for a double celebration, which I had ordered a week prior—one for a college graduation and another for a birthday. For the graduation cake, I requested a red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting, and for the birthday cake, I asked for a chocolate cake.
Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. Both cakes were dry, crumbly, and tasted like they were a week old. Additionally, for the college graduation cake, I asked for a logo to be printed on top. They assured me they could print it on edible paper, but in reality, they didn't include the logo. Instead, they merely printed the name of the college on a non-edible paper, which was far from special.
Overall, the experience was quite unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend ordering cakes from this bakery again.

We ordered the Dulce cake for a birthday and it turned out to be an unpleasant surprise. So disappointed that ordering ahead of time was no use because we surely didn’t get a cake made on the same day.
The layers were not fluffy, hardly moist and the entire cake was overly sweet. Dry, crumbly texture and the dulce de leche left an artificial aftertaste. It just felt like we were biting into sugar as we took a small bite.
To top it off, there was uninspired decoration on it. The taste, texture, and overall enjoyment was such a bummer. I wouldn’t recommend this spot, definitely not returning here.
