Great gelato flavors and customer service. I got the hazelnut and dulce d leche cheesecake, which were tasty. I would totally bring friends or family members for some dessert here.

This place is way too expensive for what they are selling. I bought an (expired) gelato and a package of 3 turtles....for $22!?!? The gelato's best by date was from 11/2023. I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

A friend brought over a pint each of walnut and chocolate chip gelato for dessert the other night, and I was blown away. Both were so creamy and flavorful, without tasting too sweet.I then found out all their gelatos are lactose free, so no upset stomach after eating a bunch. Looking forward to trying some of their other flavors.

Best place for a first date! The milk chocolate is sooo different from all others❣️It’s even better than Belgian milk chocolate!! What’s NOT to like??? Just go. I promise you won't be sorry. The staff too are wonderfully friendly and informative. Today, however, an error in judgement was made. I paid $45. and then was told that I could not have my points. Why? Well, because I didn't use their machine before paying. The machine is new. This policy is new. There is no sign which explains the new policy or new machine. There was no one else in the store at the time. I have been a patron since they first opened. This was insulting and shocking behavior. So, I said I wanted my money back. Magically, the woman discovered a way to allow me to have my points (and now I have $5.00 to spend next time). Too bad that I had already given her a tip…
The concept is quite good, a boutique dulcerie of sorts. Now for the location prices are high, it would fit better if it was in Newbury st. The quality is not great but good. And it seems to be searching for identity as it seems to try to focus in sweets but at the same time there are savory options like hidden in a fridge.

Such nice people and great desserts! We went to one location (Framingham) to get a tiramisu cake and gelato to follow the Italian family dinner my niece was making the weekend before Thanksgiving for 12 of us. They didn't have it at the first location, so they called the other shop (Ashland) where the main bakery is located and they held it for us. Met the owner, Jules, so friendly and helpful. They have nice space in each location to have a pastry and coffee or gelato there or take it to go. It was delicious. We will be back!
