The nicest Dunkin Donuts staff ever! Run by a good management, store is very clean unfortunately they no longer have tables at this location, but it doesn’t change the fact that they have amazing customer service and work very efficiently. Never had a problem with the quality of my drinks or food here. They’re soooo sweet to my daughter and let her order on her own if she’s wants, they’re super patience and they speak to you with respect. The lady’s at the registers are always soooo extremely nice and helpful, this is a third home environment. Thank you! I love this location.

Friendly staff. Helped exit with my mobility ? scooter.Framingham police officer helped me in through the two heavy doors that opened outward and were very heavy.It's definitely not HP friendly. Even with the help opening the doors, had to back and fill to make it in and out.No seating which was not an issue for me as I drove in on one, but had I had someone with me we would be at a loss.Wheelchair accessibility: Mobility scooter and wheelchair ♿ accessibility without outside help getting through and navigating tight turns and impossibly heavy doors is impossible.

Don't trust the drive thru, they run your card twice here! We where headed home the day after Thanksgiving, went through the drive thru for a muffin and munchkins, we used a card. When we arrived home we found that the store had added a second charge on our card, for more than our original amount. When we call the store the manager is never around and doesn't seem to return our call. What a rip off, now we have to try to fight it thru the card company. No wonder the the drive thru attendant was so nice.
