This Dunkin has really good service and really great staff; some are always polite and very nice, which is always good in every establishment :)) ordered my blueberry breeze refresher and they made it right. Intense blueberry flavor is there with the balancing tartness of the lemonade. They also made my grilled cheese right with both American and White cheddar cheese. I will go back to this Dunkin’ and continue to order stuff from there 💜🫐

They have French Crullers!! No Dunkin has those! I am thrilled.
I stopped here because I really needed to use the bathroom and before I even asked to use the bathroom I ordered a coffee that I didn't even need because I wanted to respect the policy for the bathroom being for paying customers. After I ordered my coffee I asked to use the bathroom and the woman denied me access even though I stated I had a medical condition. I told her that is against ADA and was still denied. Her reason was that her manager says no access to bathroom after 7pm which is illegal for a restaurant to do so. I then asked for a refund and she refused to give me the refund on the coffee they had not yet made me and I argued with her a bit and she finally gave me my refund. I understand there may be an issue with homeless people using the bathroom in that area without purchasing anything but I was a paying customer with a medical condition and denying access to the bathroom is not acceptable by any means.

I got a sausage and egg on am English muffin with out cheese - they made it with cheese and I told them it was with out . They went around the corner and just tried to pull the melted cheese off the sandwich and gave It back , I saw half of the melted cheese still on the sandwich . And on top of that my coffee was burnt ? completely waste of money

With so many dunkin locations around, i would avoid this one at all costs. The inside is always dirty and disgusting. Floors are dirty wet and sticky. Twice now i have gotten my regular order, which has cold foam, and the cold foam separated into chunks of fat. The second time it happened, i went to ask why and the guy said “its supposed to be like that ” which i said “no, it isnt”. Have never had this issue at any other dunkin in the area. Also, it seems like they dont run AC inside, because its ridiculously hot inside. During the summer? Sure, i guess. Absolute mess of a location. Today was my last time giving this place my money.
