Came here for a latte and donut on my way home from work. Everything in my order was correct, the staff were friendly, and they were working as fast as is reasonable. The wait was not very long, although it could have been shorter if there were more than two employees working. I hope they're not understaffed.

Very inconsistent, been here quite a few times and it's always something different. I've ordered munchkins and asked for only glazed, got variety, asked for lemon cake donut, got old fashioned, and today i asked for a hot chocolate and got the most watered down, lukewarm beverage. Whenever I get coffee, I ask for 2 cream 4 sugar, never get it right. Very disappointing, only Dunkin that's on my way to work sadly.

Girls and Guys always have a smile on their faces and greet you with a cheery GM.. They all have a great customer service attitude and I always enjoy visiting everyday for my morning work coffee! Also, even when it's busy, they have you in & out of there alot quicker than some other Dunkin establishments ive visited!

Lady at the front was very rude and did not make my SEC on a croissant. I think she might be the manager in charge her name is Livia. Then when I asked about my sandwich the rest of crew members ignored me and proceeded to make other sandwiches but not mines on purpose. So yeah the Dunkins on Franklin St you owe me $5 dollars. I will be in touch with you guys franchise owners. Very unprofessional.
