This dunkin donuts is an absolute embarrassment to the Mount Wayte/Franklin Street area. Honestly, they were better prior to renovation. I am here daily for an on the go on breakfast and every single time whether it is a bagel, texas toast or crossiant… they NEVER toast the damn thing. When I select toasted dark, I want that damn thing burned like a log in a damn bonfire!!

It's like every Dunkin's I've been to. I ordered a few items and a medium Iced Tea. They no longer have wedges of lemons, so I carry packets on Simply Lemon in my pocket. It is crystallized lemon. Half a packet works for me.

Regular hot coffee tasted burnt and Sweet black bacon croissant sandwich was made with yellow cheese. That’s supposed to be made with white cheese and the bacon over cooked.

The food is typical dunks and I love it, usually it's done well. But the atmosphere and cleanliness leaves much to be desired sometimes. The music is too loud and the tables are dirty.

The Franklin St Dunkin’ in Framingham, MA is a good one. It’s an updated location, it has a good amount of parking, there’s a convenience store next to them, and it’s small, so there’s not a lot of seated commotion from locals. Although pleasant, sometimes a grab-and-go arrangement is best, like this location. There are a few tables though. Coffee and donuts are typical for a Dunkin. The staff is very friendly here. I’ll be back!

Years ago, before the Buckley Place apartments were erected in 2020, this DD was part of a shopping plaza, set back much further. It was a real hole in the wall location because the rest of the plaza was empty, save a Salvation Army and a hairdresser. But the parking was always safe, easy, and available. After the plaza was razed back in 2015, DD rebuilt and moved right up to Franklin St. Parking is sometimes a pain because to park storefront, you have to drive over a nasty curb which is just a real pain. Then backing out can be super treacherous due to the speeding traffic on Franklin. Fortunately there is parking in the back, but it's tight and difficult to negotiate when they're busy. Despite these parking quibbles this is still one of the best DDs around. They are always well staffed and very friendly. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes. Braz, one of the workers, is a really nice guy and he's been around forever, dating back to when this DD was the aforementioned in the wall. It's also super clean and well managed with plenty of seating. Highly recommended if you're in the Framingham area and have that DD craving.
