Asked for a bagel with extra cream cheese, the 2 breakfast Wraps and an iced coffee. The bagel looked buttered so I had to stop at the store to buy more cream cheese. The Wraps were so bad my dogs wouldn't eat them and the coffee was bland and not sweet at all. He also charged me for a hash brown that wasn't in my bad. I don't know if that's your stores hustle to make more money but 0/10 do not recommend this location.

Another Dunkin location that employees will intentionally sabotage a customer's food order, subsequent with the customer observing possible criminal activity onsite( a possible systemic issue with the company), and given the seriousness & importance, relative to possible criminal organized GANG activity, documented and shared specifics with both the Massachusetts Governor Healey, and the Boston Office FBI given US Homeland Security concerns.
Community inundated/consumed with criminal organized GANG drugs/other activities, evolving without consequence.

The staff here is excellent. They're always kind and really good at handling busy periods even when there aren't many employees.
Stopped here while on a road trip to use the bathroom and grab a drink. I can confirm the bathroom was indeed sparkling clean and smelled really good. The store in general was also clean, floor was being mopped when I was in there. The lady at the register was very nice as well. My drink was alright but not at fault of the employees, it was just a refresher. A lot of dunkin locations are run down but it’s nice to see employees that care about keeping the store clean and nice! I would say I’d come back here however I will probably never be in the area again. It was a pleasant roadtrip stop.🙏
