The best fries around especially in the Cajun seasoning. The burgers are always great they have a really tasty bbq sauce and the burgers are hot and fresh off the grill.

Honestly I don’t frequent 5 guys due to prices but I was hungry & didn’t want Mcdonald’s. A choice I quickly regretted. As someone who doesn’t go here I asked person at register what a patty melt was & was told “a grill cheese with a burger patty”
honestly she acted like I was bothering her. I asks if there was a small combo (fries drink) she shoved a cup in my hand & gave me total. Apparently she had already rung it up.
I simply paid. my “patty melt” was soggy & gross. cheese was like the cheese you get at movies with nachos. I only got 1 bite.
so to recap.. customer service horrible

Last year I walked in and the music WAS SO LOUD THAT I HAD TO YELL MY ORDER. I asked if they could turn down the music and was told that there was a camera on the volume knob and if they touch it they get fired. I filled out the 'how was your visit' form on the corporate website and a district manager got back to me and apologized saying that a customer should not have to be subject to such. A month ago the same thing happened, this time I was told that the volume knob was broken. I again filled out the 'how was your visit' form and got zero response. I saw a phone number to call recently and called it and was told that someone would respond to my complaint. Nope. So in about a year they have gone from 'We will listen to our customers' to 'we will ignore our customers'. But the food is still good so there is that.

LOVE their burgers! I have been in Five guys in Madrid and Lausanne and was always curious about having one of the burgers in the US… delicious! Best burgers I ve had! And love the fries ❤️
