Horrible food for way too much. $30+ for two lorado bowls with chicken. Food was tasteless and dry. You can taste the oldness of the food.

Stopped for something to eat. Food was not edible. Chicken dry and chalky. Pictures do not match what the items are. Had to return my Thai bowl but nobody understood what I was saying. Refused to refund me. Everyone said they didn’t understand me. There is nothing fresh about this place. Sad to say you are better off eating McDonalds.

Made my order wrong and had to jump threw hoops for them to fix it. And the food was nasty anyway undercooked rice + tasted like olives but they don't have olives?

I went to buy a Laredo steak burrito showing up for $9.99 when I went to pay $14 .53. I said it was $9.99 the lady goes, well, the protein is extra. How does that make sense? They are just ripping you off. Paid an additional $3.99 for the steak, which is what a Laredo burrito is supposed to be.

Have Google translate handy if you stop here. Their grasp of the English language extends to about 15 words. Ordered a salad. Was handed a sandwich. Told staff I ordered a salad and they looked at me like I was insane. I asked for a refund. But staff decided to keep fixing her lunch instead. So the sandwich ended up in the trash and your moronic staff can go eat their lunch instead of serving the customer. Never got my refund. Oh, and $5 for a Minute Maid Lemonade is robbery.

I love getting food at fresh city they have delicious sandwiches, wraps and rice bowls and the customer service is great at fresh city.

Worse place I ever went..lady in the front very rude and don't know how to treat to the customers.I got the Thai bowl and it's not like they have in the display..the bowl is very tiny and little bit rice with few chicken pieces and veggies..I never go back

I've waited 10 minutes for Caesar salad wrap while listening to the employees tell me how ugly I look in Spanish because I understand Spanish and they don't realize it that is not correct every single employee should be fired and this business should not be here what a ridiculous restaurant don't order your food here they'll probably spit in it
I spend almost $20 on a sandwich that I could buy at a local Taco House for $10 this is ridiculous this is a rip off do not come here unless you want to waste your money

People who talk more about the employees so-called attitudes seem to me to have big attitudes of their own. Be friendlier, you’ll be surprised!
All of the employees here who served us were helpful, patient, and friendly as we took quite a while to decide what to get. We both can’t wait to go have lunch there again. Everything is fresh and the variety is terrific.. it’s just too bad there’s only one of these locations in the state!
