Halal grill kabab & fried chicken

Terrible service. Spent $90 online order just to show up and they are closed. No answer when I call the phone. Tried to get a refund through toast the online ordering site and they tell me I need to contact the merchant. Contacted the merchant and he's screaming at me telling me toast needs to refund me then he hung up on me telling me he's busy. Very bad, unorganized and unprofessional.

Got a falafel wrap from here and it was very very average, the main thing missing for me was that it was very dry, almost no sauce. This isn’t a complaint but rather what I expected because the price was slightly lower than others in the area. The staff members were very kind insisting I sit while they prepared my food, however, the overall atmosphere inside can be greatly improved.

Tried the biryani and grilled chicken both were absolutely amazing. The grilled chicken was juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Definitely one of the best meals I’ve had in a while.

I had an awful experience here. I ordered Chicken Haleem (it was not even a Haleem, Just curry with shredded chicken) and Mixed Platter. The food we were served was clearly old and tasted spoiled. My friend felt nauseous right after eating and almost threw up.

I’ve been trying to get a refund, but instead of resolving the issue, they keep calling me just to tell me to “call back.” Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Save your time, money, and health.

Don't ever go to this place. It's horrible. Everywhere just flies. I tried very first time as I didn't had any choice, very disappointed.
All items very old including French fries.
All food items we ordered smell like trash.
I will never recommended this place. 😞

When I further escalated that food is not good they didn't even give the bill excusing the print roll is over but charged.

At last I asked them to write manually so I have on record. PFA.

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The meat they served was clearly not fresh — it had a strange smell and taste, which made me feel uneasy. The quality was far below acceptable standards, and I was genuinely concerned about food safety.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. There are many better and safer options out there.

Speechless. An unassuming venue, but it might as well be a gourmet restaurant. You get a king's ration of food at an incredible price, and you can taste the love. The passion. I got a lamb shank and I just about called a museum to have it displayed. Flawless. Tender like it's soup in the mouth. If this turns out to be a dream, I'd be a forever patient for antidepressants. If I lived near this place, I'd have no grocery bill. Just incredible

i wanted to make catering order for iftar. before the order when I check food there was no halal food. they don't have halal certificate. they bring food from restaurant depot. they using only halal name. legal action should be taken against them.

Very disappointing after all the good reviews. Ordered chicken fingers. I got chicken patties cut up in strips (what in the gas station glory hole is that) how do you substitute chicken fingers for dry chicken patties. Ordered wing dings they just werent it. Hope yall have better luck then me.
