“I happened to be in this part of Framingham and was looking for something quick and healthy for lunch. I wasn't sure a protein shake and a tea would fill me up, but I was mistaken. I wasn't hungry after. The shake was delicious, and the tea boosted my energy without the negative feeling of a caffeine/sugar buzz that energy sodas give you. Also, the owner, Mike, is very knowledgeable about nutrition and fitness. I've been back twice since discovering it. I can't wait to try more flavors.“

“Bennett, and the other staff of this establishment showed incredible commitment and diligence in the efforts to cater to our rather complicated set of food allergies and needs. Most places we walk into, we are already discouraged because of our challenges. The staff here gave us a full 180° turn on this. And oh yeah, the food was delicious and filling! “Clean, fast, and always correct. I order online a lot for pick up. Everyone is very nice. Great portions great flavors. Fresh ingredients are always on point. The miso ginger dressing is soooo good. Thanks for being consistently awesome 🥰“
