My husband and I love Heart City Health Cafe! We discovered them this past spring and ever since have been taking weekly (sometimes 3x a week!) trips here because we love the shakes, teas, and service so much! It’s a family-friendly atmosphere with an extensive menu. Anyone can find something they like — and good luck choosing because with new flavors added each season, there is always more to try! Our favorites are: fruity pebbles, Elvis, Chocolate Chip Banana Bread, Toffee Praline. Highly recommend. We are customers for life!

The staff here are friendly and approachable with good knowledge relating to the area to make recommendations for other local businesses/site seeing. The inside reflects the local goals of fitness and weight loss which I can appreciate as someone who’s got an active lifestyle. The real set back here was the açaí bowls I ordered for myself and one other. Very little bang for your buck here. I believe the total cost was around $27.50 for 4 toppings. Compared to other places, you get minimal fruit and toppings here. I ordered coconut, granola, banana, and strawberry. The total quantity of fruit within the bowl appeared to be half a banana and 1 strawberry TOTAL. Other similar style places such as SoBol will give you a much greater quantity of fruit and more diverse selection if toppings - a much greater value for your money. I realize that the nature of this business - as with any business is to make $$ - but this is price gouging with minimal product. Not entirely sure how the other products taste, and the reviews seem quite positive overall but that wasn’t the case for our experience especially compared to other similar style businesses.
