We absolutely love heart city! I bring my kids in with me (they are 3, 2 and 1) and honestly my girls are usually dragging me down the block from the gym to go inside and get their smoothies too! There is a little kids corner with toys and coloring that keeps everyone busy and happy while we wait!
Mike and Adreanna are amazing, even remember the color straws my girls like, know my order and always make our day! Cannot recommend them enough!

This was my 1st time stopping here, as I'm relatively new to the smoothie/protein shake-thing. I've tried a few, but NONE can be compared to this place - they have hit it out of the park! I purchased a Peppermint Mocha protein shake, which, to my surprise (haha) comes with a 2nd tea drink, (chai), and that was equally amazing. Greeted by Mike who was very personable and a wealth of information when I asked about any points system. I don't have any youngsters, but they had this cute area for kids, which looked very sanitary, plus they had information about weight loss and other products neatly sprawled out throughout their cafe. Told my coworkers about this place, and since I pass it on my way to work, I'll certainly be stopping their on a regular basis; if not just for myself, but my co-workers as well. This place is a hidden gem and I highly recommend checking it out.

I went in for the first time today after looking for a good, healthy alternative to chain lunch spots like sweetgreen and cava. Mike was nice, helpful, and very knowledgeable. I ordered the creamsicle, which is vanilla protein and mango. The tea was Chai with clementine aloe. I asked Mike what flavor aloe would go well with chai (I first thought none of the flavors would pair well with chai) and he said he prefers clementine, or I could go with mango. He also said he likes the hot version over the iced, so I went with that, and was happy I went with Mike's suggestions. I felt full 3/4 of the way drinking my smoothie, so I know I will be full for a few hours. It is a good full feeling, not overly full or heavy. Also, the tea provided me with some much needed energy. Reasonable prices, especially when you compare to other lunch spots. I will definitely be going back to Heart City Health Cafe for sure! This is a great, healthy lunch option, so I am happy I came across it!
