Was excited to try out this place with some friends. We were seated and placed our order with no issues.

Once the appetizers came out we noticed that one of the items was wrong. We ordered pork & shrimp egg rolls but got a grilled chicken spring roll. We let the server know about this, she was visibly upset and let out a big sigh.

Got served the pho, taste was so bland, asked for some bean sprouts & basil and the owner proceeded to tell us that they “ran out”. I didn’t think much of it and was understanding of the situation. UNTILL three tables come in AFTER us and were all given bean sprouts and basil…. why lie about bean sprouts lol

Later on she brought out the egg rolls but instead of the shrimp & pork it was some sort of veggie egg roll with taro (no shrimp or pork). Decided it wasn’t even worth it to let them know. Don’t know if they thought we wouldn’t notice the difference??

I am still so lost as in why a restaurant will:
1. Lie to the customers like that
2. Be so petty about a simple mistake that the server made.

First and last time. Would give it 0/5 stars if I could.

Did you see all of those effusive reviews saying that this is the best pho in the area? NO LIE. It 100% is!
The restaurant is super clean and everyone working there is super nice and friendly. I'm definitely going to return the next time I'm in town.

I’m a huge pho ga fan and am always on the lookout for a great bowl — and this place delivers! The chicken was juicy and tender, and the broth was rich and flavorful with fresh herbs. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to for my pho fix.

haven't had pho since last year and i usually go to pho dakao because i don't know of other local spots, but have driven past here a few times now and was interested. ordered a rare steak pho, crispy egg rolls and a thai tea.

egg rolls were pretty good, super hot and crispy. the thai tea was delicious, a little on the sweet side and about 70% of my cup was just ice, but it was good. the pho, however, not so much . the noodles were perfect, but the broth lacked depth in flavor. i added chili and lime and it was still pretty bland. didn't give me that satisfying feeling i always get from a good pho broth. the broth was also darker than i'd like. a good pho broth should be clear, not murky. i moved here 4 years ago from Los Angeles, i know good pho and good food, something that this city severely lacks. sorry, not sorry.

unfortunately would not come back here and don't understand the high rating. pho dakao is more expensive, but their pho actually tastes great.

The soup was a bit too sweet. My teenager did not eat much. Meat was as good as it was expected. Service was not complimented. They will not respond when you say thank you. They will not say thanking you either for anything No regular response but they ask for at least 15% tip on the receipt. No plan to return.

House of Pho is my go-to in Framingham. The pho noodles never clump, the broth leans a little sweet (kid-approved!), and the fried dishes come out hot and crispy. Must-tries: pork & shrimp egg rolls, chicken wings, pho, spicy beef noodle soup, and the durian smoothies!

The place was full of Vietnamese people when I visited….always a good sign.

My chicken pho was great….felt very fresh and clean….and only $16 and friendly service.

I look forward to returning…..soon 😀.

They should do more on instagram

The food was too sweet, and the pork was overcooked and tough to chew. The pho lacked flavor—I could barely taste the broth. Overall, it was quite disappointing.

Came here on a rainy Saturday afternoon, the parking lot was busy, but we found parking upon arrival and were seated when we came in.

The interior is very clean, well lit, and was bustling with an excited crowd of customers - the best sign for any restaurant.

A server brought water while we looked over the menu. I ordered panko battered shrimp, chicken rice dish, and my wife got brisket Pho. We also ordered a limeade and vietnamese coffee.

The coffee was phenomenal, it's my go-to drink when get Vietnamese and this did not disappoint. A rich bold coffee cut with sweet cream; it tasted like coffee ice cream.

Our server brought a dish of very fresh bean sprouts, basil, and other toppings for the pho. I was shocked at how green, fresh, and clean everything was - no wilted greens, no slimy bean sprouts. Everything was FRESH and crunchy.

The appetizer came a few minutes later, hot and crunchy. The sweet chili sauce was perfect.

Our entrees were hot, delicious and well portioned. They use chicken thighs which have so much more flavor, and were juicy and flavorful. The sunny side egg looked like a video game egg- perfectly round and shiny yolk.

My wife enjoyed her Pho, it had plenty of thin cuts of tender beef, just enough bone/fat to be flavorful. The cuts of beef weren't fatty.

10/10 will come here again.
