It's an IHOP like any other. The food is what you expect. I found the hash browns a little underwhelming and the bacon rather thin, but the ham steak and pancakes were both enjoyable, and the chocolate milk was tasty. It was dead silent when we went at 4:30 PM, but the wait staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Place an order for delivery in advance 3 hours through the official website. Got all the notifications that order is confirmed, order is being prepared, and the DoorDash driver is at the restaurant to pick up. But 10 mins past the estimated delivery time, the order was cancelled, just like that. Called the restaurant and was informed that my order has never been made. They had 3 hours to let me know if they want to cancel. Horrible and unprofessional. Still don’t know the reason why.

Great place to eat, even when you go with your ex-wife because one of your kids suffers from anxiety and can't handle Mom alone. The waitress and management made it fun, easy and the food was good!
I came to order for to go, was a person that wanted to seat so I told the server that she could seat her first, then took so long for someone to came and take order for to go. Then when I was making my selection for the food, they told me that I could not change the pancakes from my breakfast sampler for crispy breakfast potatoes, because they manager doesn’t like to do that, but they have the option to change to it without extra cost and I having changed it in the Shrewsbury and Northborough location, but could not be in Framingham just because they manager doesn’t like, but it is possible because the computer give the option.
Update: I came and I choose the same food like last time *breakfast sampler* this time the pancakes could no be changed for fruits like I did it last time because I was not available to change for the crispy breakfast potatoes. The guy in my first visit told me that I can change pancakes for toast or fruits, but now another worker told me that is just available to change for a toast. But she was nice and let me take the fruits with a warning about the next time. At least she let me take what I wanted and now I know what to do for the next visit.

The food at this Framingham location is noticably better then the Milford one. We went right before midnight Friday and there was only one server that night. He did his best and did a real good job. He was taking care of 6 tables including ours. I hope he gets rewarded by the company.
