Amazing food! Great atmosphere, very friendly staff. Highly recommend making a visit.
Firstly, crowded place, my neighbors get up from the diner, waitress sprays into napkin to clean, very well done, very well trained. Everyone had there part and stuck to it. Was very straightforward and easy to deal with. I needed a little extra help and got it. Very satisfied. I hope to visit it again, as I did 26 years ago.

Friendly and attentive wait staff even though it was very busy. The loaded hash browns with special sauce is top three all time breakfast foods I’ve ever had, you have to try it. Would like to see biscuits and gravy as an option, I bet they’d be amazing.

Amazing food, amazing vibes, and amazing staff! I only wished we could make reservations, other than that there is nothing to wish.

Definitely a nice breakfast / brunch spot to check out in the Natick area. I tried out that BBQ pulled pork omelet with was good, but a tad too sweet when paired with the savory home fries. I'll definitely come back to try some of the other options (in curious about the sinful French toast)

So, The family had to take a trip from central/western Ma to check out this dining facility. Because our eldest daughter raved about it. And, you can go here in your pajamas!!!!!
Food was really good, not mind blowing but really good indeed.
The service was prompt, friendly, and very polite.
Atmosphere was very active. It is a rather large diner, and it was packed!!!
Being as we are not from the Boston area, we found the prices to be rather expensive. But that was the only draw back to this diner.
If you're in the area, and looking for a friendly place to eat some really good diner food. Then I highly recommend checking out the J&M Diner.
Call ahead, or you may be waiting a bit to dine at this very popular Diner.

If I could give this place 6 stars I would. Food was delicious and fast, service was very friendly, and there were many regulars so it had a very warm communal feeling. I had the western omelet and a cold brew coffee which were both excellent. As a born and raised New Englander visiting after a while, it was a great mix of warm nostalgia and just pleasantness.
