My first time ever tasting a Jersey Mike's Sub. I had the club sub and it was the absolute best club sub I've had. It was worth the drive on Rt.9 from Wayland.

Ordered buffalo chicken sub. It was so sloppy that the liquid soaked through and broke the sub apart. The bread itself was old / stale and flavorless. The chicken was overcooked and the sauce was runny and not particularly flavorful. Definitely would not recommend.

My husband and I just crushed our sandwiches when I came home with them. Everyone was very nice to me there, we ordered the giant italian sub...it was packed with all the good stuff and every bite full of flavor~ we have more for later :). I ordered the tuna fish made italian style, it's ridiculous...trying not to eat the entire giant! Thank you again for being very nice and making bomb subs!

I went to the jersey mikes in Framingham recently and all i can say is OMG. Everything was absolutely amazing!!! We received service from a young man, curly hair, I think his name was Ethan but I am not sure. I’ve been to so many JM and his service was absolutely amazing. He needs a raise!! The food was amazing!! I love my club sub bowl. Omg i am drooling just thinking about it! Thank you JM and thank you Ethan for making our experience amazing!

Good food poor customer service
Kid-friendliness: I ordered a kids meal and the cashier said it was 9.75. I said the kids meal is 6.50 and she said "the guy who took your order made a mistake and gave you a regular so we have to charge you for a regular" when I refused to pay for their mistake they took the sub opened it at the register and removed half and threw it in the trash. First and last experience here

Subs are by far the BEST in the area! The produce is always fresh, especially the tomatoes, they are so red and juicy. Five stars all around. Fresh food, friendly atmosphere, and outstanding cleanliness.
My daughter is allergic to onions and I asked the worker to switch her gloves because she touched onions and pickles together and they made me feel like if I was asking for too much. Not that I always get a kids sub in the tube with no issue and they made me feel very uncomfortable ordering it this will be the last time I go to this location

First timer here. Just went to Framingham location during the lunch push. Even though they were very busy, everything went like clockwork. Staff was wicked friendly (genuinely), place was very clean, staff were efficient and awesome. I typically don’t write reviews but this crew today deserves praise! #subbliss #happybelly

Ordered a club added extra baconat a cost, no bacon on it...friend asked for lite mustard of which was medium and all in one spot...last person wasn't supposed to get mustard but there was slight residue of it on her sub...love the place but get it together...
