Help the customers practice social distancing, by having staff bring out the orders outside of the store for pickups. I was at the KFC Framingham, MA on 5/23 and it was a total disaster. The staff did not lift a finger to manage situation. I was there around 4 ~ 5PM. Who was the supervisor on duty? That person is incompetent. Also employees coming in shift did not wear masks, though all of the customers wore masks. They only put on masks after they got dressed to work in...read full review

Missing items AGAIN and when I called, the girl on the phone said "I should order better" and was so rude. I asked to speak to a manager and she said NO you cant, he isnt there. I asked why there is no manager there and she said he was outside dealing with an emergency. And I should call back. When i called back, they just picked up the phone and hung up!!!
