Tiny place. Combo deli/restaurant/store. About 10 tables. Sandra was my waitress and she was lovely. My chicken soup was delicious; it tasted like someone's grandmother made it. I also really enjoyed my chicken salad sandwich. The half sour pickle was great! They have homemade iced tea out of season...it's strong and wonderful. Will absolutely return.

Please read this and know i am not exaggerating. This is the dirtiest establishment i have ever seen in my entire life. I have been in 3rd world countries that are cleaner. If you step in a puddle before you walk in, you will clean the floors. If they swept the floor once every 5 years, it would look twice as clean.

It was so terrible!!! My sister and I ordered pick up from here for the first time and I can’t express my dissatisfaction. The hot chocolate didn’t taste like chocolate and wasn’t hot. The French toast was practically eggs. We got a steak and cheese wrap with lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise. The sandwich came out dripping and watery, the tomatoes soggy, and the lettuce was browning. Borderline inedible. I feel so sick after eating just some. NEVER AGAIN. My dog wouldn’t even sniff it.

I read several of the posts for this place...most were good a couple were not good...I have to say I was totally satisfied here...the staff to me was friendly as can be. Including Dave the owner...I has a great sandwich and time..in fact I spent a good hour there just chatting with folks...not the tajmahal but clean and really good

Seems the Romanian pastrami has gotten greasier and fattier. Used to be my favortite. The prices are no longer reasonable, especially for the sandwiches. Even taking into account inflation and the post-pandemic bumps. One item that is quite reasonably priced is the hamburger, but unfortunately it is tough, flavorless and not hand formed. Also, wish they gave a whole pickle rather than a skinny slice. The cole slaw and potato salad are excellent. The service varies depending on the level of infirmity of the waitresses, who often are stressed and worn-out. With a few adjustments, I think Kugel's can relive its glory days of several years ago. And I sincerely want them to.

Food was mediocre. Waitress was rude. She took offense when I asked to hold onto the menus BEFORE we ordered (said "Whatever" in a rude tone), then wanted me to order last. She didn't check in after the food arrived or asked to refill my coffee. Overall, I'd say Kugel's isn't as good as it used to be.

I was told they had a rep as one of the best 'Jewish' delis in the Boston area. Well...food is regional and I know that from area to area, the idea of a great deli changes, but my standard to check is a place's corned beef sandwich. This was an embarrassment for a Jewish deli. The rye bread was what you'd find in a local grocery. And the corned beef? Served cold. Tasteless. Nothing. As if it was cooked two days earlier, shoved in the cooler and sliced for a sandwich. And I was hoping to see some other optional corned beef sandwiches (corned beef w/coleslaw, Russian dressing on rye). But...nothing. I grew up in Detroit, an area with great Jewish delis. Serious hard crust rye bread, hot top round corned beef sitting in the heated tables, sliced to order, and melting in your mouth. This was not that. Not by a long shot. Nor was the menu. The people were nice- great, in fact. And it seems to be an old local favorite, so great for them. I wish them all the best. But to my standards, it was pretty mediocre.

We love this place. The lady that’s always there is the friendliest. Food is awesome. They have the best Lox around here and my partner loves their tuna salad. Place is kind of outdated, but I personally like the vibes.

A perfect New York Deli breakfast. We had a side of corned beef hash, the Kugel's Breakfast and the Lox Benedict, and it was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend, especially if you miss the ambiance and food of a good city deli.

Great little gem hiding in Framingham (: It’s a little run down and the servers aren’t the absolute nicest, but the food is fantastic and always will be ☺️ Definitely a great place to stop
