Kura is great for a quick trip to sushi town. Very kid friendly, we often eat there when we want to eat a lot and very fast. The service is great, although more parts are robotic or animated. Food is great, but don't forget to order the hand rolls that are only available for direct order on the tablet! Same for the ramen and udon soup options.
Portions are pretty good for the price. The tempura is great.
At one point we were going 3 times a week.

Went there for a date and Elisa was the best server ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star service! The gatcha machine at our was broken and she took initiative to drop the gatcha ball in the machine manually making us laugh! Sushi quality was decent but the service made the experience amazing! Had a fun time

I’ve been to Kura about a dozen times now, and every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The food is always fresh, they’re a great place to stop in quickly, and the whole experience is consistently great. But what really takes it from good to perfect every single time is having Elisa as the greeter there. She runs everything so smoothly and always makes guests feel welcome and taken care of. You can tell she maintains the perfect balance of being aware of customer and team members’ needs. Because of service like this, Kura has become one of my go-to spots, and I always leave looking forward to the next time I’m in the area and can visit. Easily my favorite lunch spot in Framingham whether I want a light bite or to indulge in way too many plates of sushi and hot dishes. And of course, my compliments to the culinary team who works behind the scenes. It’s a team effort after all. Thank you for providing such a reliable and accessible spot for individuals and groups alike.

His service is unparalleled, he puts effort into his tables which is very admirable- especially considering the automation of the restaurant. Cannot praise him highly enough! Great place. Super fun would go again. Kenny is, the man of the hour who’s so sweet to be sour, the woman’s pet and the men’s regret, the reflection of perfection. Kenny eat T bone steaks, lifts barbell plates and is sweeter than a German chocolate cake. And when you’re the greatest server on the planet they got a name for you. THEY CALL YOU KENNY!

From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, friendly, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had everything we needed. He checked in at just the right moments — never intrusive, but always there when we had a question or needed something. Kenny took the time to explain the ordering system to our group and even offered great suggestions when we were unsure what to try. You could tell he truly cares about the people he's serving, not just going through the motions. It's rare to find someone who brings that kind of warmth and energy to their work. Kenny is a real asset to this location — we'll definitely be back, and we'll be happy to have him as our server again
