The idea is cool, but the food was horrible. The sushi slices were very thin and did not taste fresh. Our whole group felt queasy after. I would never go back.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a weird experience here I felt like I had to. My husband doesn’t like seafood but brings me here for sushi since I like it. He ordered fries today and found a FULL squid tentacle in them. When we told the waitress she goes “ya well you are at a sushi restaurant” as if it was normal to find tentacles in your fries?

Long wait times, conveyer belt is mostly empty and the floor is sticky. Food is ok.

i came here really excited to try revolving sushi in the states. at first the food was mediocre, but then i tried the sea urchin. and my god that had to have been one of the worst things ive ever put in my mouth. it was beyond bitter and smelled like old fish. i ate it against my better judgement as it was my familys treat. i got food poisoning. absolutely would not recommend

It's my son's favorite sushi restaurant. It's fun, tasty, and clever. It's a little pricy.Vegetarian options: It's really mostly fish. Some vegetarian options, like edamame or watermelon, but not a lot.Parking: It's on the outer part of Shopper's World, there's plenty of parking
My daughter and I both love coming here. It’s good food and a fun atmosphere. I always sign onto the wait list using the app and make sure to use it to get rewards too! We get $5 off coupons pretty often.

Sushi is surprisingly good. Been there a few times, staff is barely involved so not sure who the f im tipping but all good. They have a robot that brings drinks and that's as much interaction I have with staff. Hope tips go to chef because they are crazy fast in getting order and consistently dish out great rolls and menu items, which comes on a belt, again... No staff involvement

Expensive for what it is. Go to your local sushi restaurant instead.
Visited on April 2, 2024.I thought the color of the yellowtail was a little strange, but I ate it. The horse mackerel also smelled a little bad. Then the next day I had a stomach ache. I regret that I should have taken a picture of that hamachi. It took a long time for the waiter to come even after I pressed the call button. There was a time when I ordered tuna, but salmon came. (I had to reorder the tuna.)I don't think I will come here again.

I happily drove 30+ minutes from my home for this experience and would do it again in a heartbeat! Super fun interactive dining experience with fresh and tasty food.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten intolerant. A waiter brought me a menu listing common allergens per item, split up by category (appetizers, ngiri, etc.) Please note the soy sauce provided at the table may contain wheat and I can't confirm if there is cross-contamination as I am not *that* sensitive, but I appreciate being able to vet each dish before consuming!

I've gone to all 3 (as of writing this) Kura locations in Massachusetts and the Framingham spot gets my top pick. The sushi is fresh, the restaurant is bright and clean if a bit small, and the area around the store is lively. My main complaint about this location would be the "revolving" part of the sushi. Every time I go here almost all the plates are empty and we end up ordering all of our sushi manually. I understand that it might be hard to keep up with a full house, but when the headlining feature of the restaurant isn't really usable, it dampens the experience a bit.Still 5 stars from me thanks to the seared salmon and snow crab leg sushi.
