Today I ate at this restaurant, I ordered a dish with rice, beans, fish, elbow soup, tortillas! I had been eating 1/2 a plate when suddenly I was chewing the food ZZAAASSS I felt something strange, I thought it was a fish bone, but it turns out not, it was a WOMEN'S NAIL, I HAD TO STOP EATING. At the time of paying I paid normally what it was and I mentioned to the girl that she charged me what she had found :(

Normally I never disagree with paying the price for something I eat but with everyone's forgiveness.... today I went in the morning and paid 18.50 dollars for a glass of corn atol and 3 ridiculously expensive pupusas. I have visited other establishments in Framingham and in certain places I have paid 10.50 dollars for 4 pupusas....

I've been to Los pinos multiple time and I didn't have an issue with the quality of the food and I do enjoy it, but last Sunday when i went there, someone charged me extra thing I've never received, and this wasn't the first time, like double the margaritas, when I order food they would charge me extra items Ive never received. First time i got charge extra I left without checking my receipt I thought maybe this is just an expensive area, but the most resent time i went, I checked my receipt, and complained that there are extra charges, she claim the drinks were a mistake and I confronted her abt the other food charges, she apologized and I paid and left thinking that maybe they have charged me extra and I haven't noticed till now, either way this isn't acceptable.

My visit to Restaurante Los Pinos provided a mixed experience. The highlight was the strawberry margarita, which proved to be the best I’ve ever had, skillfully showcasing distinct flavors of strawberry, lime, and tequila. The bartender’s service was remarkable, characterized by exceptional attention to detail, deserving an unquestionable 5-star rating. However, the temperature of the dishes I tried turned out to be a negative aspect of the visit. Despite enjoying the delicious taste of the food, I encountered the inconvenience that the dishes were cold. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that both the dishes and the beverages were relatively high-priced compared to similar establishments in the area.I suggest that Restaurante Los Pinos pay closer attention to the temperature of the dishes served and carefully review their pricing policy to provide a more affordable and satisfying gastronomic experience for their customers. In summary, the establishment shows potential with its selection of delicious drinks and dishes; however, some improvements are necessary to ensure a truly memorable experience. With careful adjustments, I am confident that Restaurante Los Pinos can offer even more enjoyable moments for its customers.

I was hungry and in a hurry so I ordered takeout: a shrimp taco and a spinach and cheese pupusa. Wow! I've had many a taco and a few pupusas but not like this.As I always say in reviews, I'm a Parisian native and I'm pretty picky about my food from all regions. I was so pleasantly surprised about the quality of the ingredients and the freshness. It was really like home cooked food made by someone who cares. The pupusa was not deep fried, it was not greasy, it was just crispy enough on the outside and moist on the inside, and the cheese had flavor. The 2 small tortillas in the shrimp taco were handmade (!yes!) and flavorful, the shrimp was small but shelled, grilled, tasty and seasoned with cilantro, with the lime on the side and a slaw that was seasoned but not spicy (!yes again!)[Side note: I always have a problem with spiciness levels. My palate cannot handle heat and I usually ask for not spicy or mild and still end up with my mouth on fire. It's annoying that I have to settle for food that is bland because there is too much heat in the dishes with spices.]Anyway, I think the people who had a negative experience at Los Pinos probably didn't speak Spanish or their request didn't get across well. Because this is really good food, they care, and I'm grateful that I discovered them.I'm actually going back the same day to pick up more for dinner!

The taste of the food is not good, I order the pupusas and the slaw taste like it was made 2 days before I doesn't feel fresh. One of my friends ordered Especial los Pinos and the chicken it wasn't cook enough! Service it was okay. The ambience not bad at all.

The food is always amazing, well seasoned, good portions, authentic flavor, and piping hot. The food fusions available here are awesome. Service is alway the best and very accommodating to parties of any size. This place offers a relaxed environment with great music, wonderful people, and a homey atmosphere.

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORSE food ever. They don’t fully cook the rice, the meats are not seasoned as they should be. This was my second time eating there and got food poisoning AGAIN! Went there to give them another try but nope, HORRIBLE!

Ordered delivery and was very excited to try this place since they are the only in the area that offer vegetarian tamales. Unfortunately they ended up calling to say they did not have them. But the rest of the food was delicious, burritos and pupusas had great flavor. The only complaint (unsure if Grubhub issue or restaurant) is we did not receive part of our order however, the restaurant was absolutely amazing in correcting this! They personally delivered the missing items and were very apologetic, would definitely order from them again, but try to avoid using grub hub!
