I made a pick up order from the app and after more than ONE HOUR of waiting, I had to cancel since they NEVER prepared my order, they did NOT EVEN start to make it!
I don't give a 1 star since at least I got my money back in a couple of hours, but omg... get your shit together people
And btw, FIX YOUR GODDAMN PHONE!! Everytime I called I could only hear loud and annoying static and beeps, not a nice experience

Didn’t know a PLAIN CHEESEBURGER AND A SMALL FRY WAS SO HARD. tried to call but nobody answered im not shocked. The whole crew was so slow wonder if drugs were involved.
