Late morning snack as we had started with a very light breakfast. This was easy and convenient since we didn't have to get off the Turnpike. There is a drivethru but the Sprinter is too tall.
The two cheeseburgers meal was easy and fast. The burgers were not quite hot. Did they make them just now or a while ago? The fries were underdone by a lot. Of course, by the time I noticed, we were already five minutes down the road.

Received coffee with spoiled cream. Too bad I didn't taste it immediately but waited to get in the car and back on the road.

Bad experience, they didn't cover my coffee properly when I ordered it and it spilled on me. When I asked for something to put on the burn, the manager Kelvin treated me with indifference without offering an apology for what happened. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.

Twice we have tried going here between 630-7am. Twice a nightmare. 1st time - Drive thru service. AWFUL we waited almost 30 minutes to place our order and get our food. They screwed up the order and shorted us a hashbrown we paid for.
2nd time- Figured it best to walk in this time. There were at least 7 employees there just staring at us waiting in line. Joking around with each other completely ignoring us. No one even acknowledged our presence after standing at the counter for over 5 minutes. I’m not sure if any member of this location has any command of the English language and we do not speak theirs. So we walked out. NEVER EVER AGAIN! This place, the service, the staff all SUCK. Went down the street to Dunkin and what a difference. ATTENTIVE, PLEASANT staff, hot fresh food prepared CORRECTLY with a smile and a thank you. 5 stars for the Dunkin staff.
It’s obvious the positive reviews here are primarily being posted by the staff of this joke of a franchise. GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!

It’s McDonald’s at a rest stop—overpriced, predictable, and exactly what you need after hours on the road. Same food, same taste, every time. That’s the point. I give them credit not just for speed, but for dealing with the wildest customers imaginable and still getting the job done.

Slow service, all table corners are sharp and pointy which is a risk for injury to customers. I saw kids got hurt bumping into those corners

Used to stop here often, stopped. It's bad. It will ALWAYS BE SOMETHING....missing items (and usually you back on the pike and can't turn around, drive thru closed randomly (after you have placed an online order and had no way of knowing), will NEVER give you sauces..., drive thru will take 35mins, will have to ask for you drink, and your straw....honestly the workers aren't bad, they remain friendly even if they don't don't do there job well. Go to the next one McDonald's in charleton or better yet get food anyplace else. This review is based off a year of stopping here often.
