I'm giving 1 star for all fast food resteraunts even if everything else was perfect for neglecting customers proper condiments with food items. Back then mcdonalds always gave ketchup with fries. It's a common trend now amongst fast food to completely ignore condiments for cheese sticks, cheddar peppers, fries, wedges or any other kinda appetizer. Im not the only one sick of it. Most are. We grew up in a time much different than now and because I am use to what made all these companies large I will now give 1 stars to destroy the new business practice of neglect.

I shopped at the store and someone stole my cell phone within 10 minutes. I talked to the manager and he NEVER helped me see the cameras.

Prices higher than elsewhere, does not honor national deals (2 for 4.99 etc), does not honor mobile order deals (simply left out the free item from my order). Never going to service plazas again. I’ve had this same experience multiple times on the mass pike.
Why even bother with the convenience when you can just get off the highway elsewhere and pay substantially less.

Be careful when you order. They will enter the wrong thing and you will be up charged if you don't pay attention. Prices here are WAY above the national average at McDonald's. McDonald's is marginal food anyway so spare your wallet and skip the travel plaza completely and find something off the highway.Example: asked for a cup for water. They tried to charge me nearly $3 for a BOTTLE of water. Where most restaurants have courtesy cups for water at no charge, they charged $.25 for a water.We ordered 2 big breakfast plates and they entered it as the more expensive big breakfast with pancakes and then added hash browns. Hash browns here are $2.69 while they are $1.00 in the rest of the country. BE VERY CAREFUL when you order.

I didn't think I would ever review a McDonald's on here. The staff wasn't rude and the quality was okay. I'm just saying that it shouldn't take four trips through the drive-thru to get all of the items you ordered. Shoutout to the guy who sounds like Patrick from Sponge Bob.
