Mid - impressively so. It is difficult to stand out as mediocre as a chain restaurant whose brand identity is built on mediocrity, but this location does. Overpriced, sure, but this is par for the course for rest stops… I was blown away by the staff’s dedication to inattentive service. Staff ignored latte orders from my party and others for ~15 minutes, then my girlfriend got iced caramel milk 🤷‍♂️ You would think that under the watchful eye of Ronald McDonald, immortalized in statue form at the entryway, one would honor such a timeless American institution more carefully. Were I the owner of this franchise, I would sack the lady at the register and spend the pension fund on a trip to Monaco.

Late morning snack as we had started with a very light breakfast. This was easy and convenient since we didn't have to get off the Turnpike. There is a drivethru but the Sprinter is too tall.

The two cheeseburgers meal was easy and fast. The burgers were not quite hot. Did they make them just now or a while ago? The fries were underdone by a lot. Of course, by the time I noticed, we were already five minutes down the road.

Bad experience, they didn't cover my coffee properly when I ordered it and it spilled on me. When I asked for something to put on the burn, the manager Kelvin treated me with indifference without offering an apology for what happened. I hope it doesn't happen to anyone else.
