My husband bought tamales at that restaurant a while ago. And I want to congratulate this person who is in charge of making them. I still love them. They taste 100% chapin. The price impressed me. I have bought other tamales that sell them for the price of a bag of maseca and they make more dough than meat. But these tamales from my cabin really impressed me, they are big and have enough meat. Maybe if they added a little more message to make it juicier they would be more perfect??. I hope they continue like this with that touch of incredible flavor
