Just had a wonderful date at Olive Garden, and you know who made it wonderful? Our server, ANDREW!!!! Andrew had the best energy and we shared so many laughs. We made so many great memories at this Olive Garden location all thanks to Andrew. We love him so much, and he is very dear to us. He will always be in our hearts.
With love,
Gavin and Jaslyne ♥️

My family of six ate here yesterday, and unfortunately, the food was very disappointing. The salad and breadsticks were great, but everything else missed the mark. We ordered three Seafood Alfredos (two with broccoli added for $3.50 each), a Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara, Chicken Marsala, and Chicken Margherita. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, the broccoli was cold and raw, and the chicken was burnt on one side. The mushroom sauce barely had half a mushroom in it. We didn’t have time to complain since we had an event to attend, but we still paid our $200 bill and left a 25% tip for our amazing server. Sadly, the food just didn’t live up to expectations.

It's difficult for me to leave reviews for restaurants in general, as they can easily be one subjective. What type of food does a diner like? Was it well prepared? How was the service? Was a bad waiter or waitress having a bad day, from no fault of their own? Was the restaurant short staffed? Was the head chef or cook a fill-in?
There really are enough factors to make it difficult to give a fair review.
Now, if you are reviewing a 4 or 5 star restaurant, especially with one a Michelin rating, then there has to be no room for error.
Coming from an Italian background and judging Olive Garden simply as a commercialized restaurant with many locations, I highly recommend this one, as well as Bertucci's, as two of my favorites.

We were seated promptly by the hostess, which was a good start. However, it took about 15-20 minutes before our server, Andrew, introduced himself, only after we flagged him down to ask who are waiter was. He apologized and took our drink and appetizer order (fried mozzarella), as well as our main entrées: Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and the Tour of Italy, one with soup and the other with salad. He mentioned that fresh breadsticks were being made, which we appreciated.

About 10–15 minutes later, a different server brought out our main dishes. but there were no salads, breadsticks, or appetizer. We wouldn’t have minded waiting for the fried mozzarella at all, the appetizer is meant to come before the entrée, not after. We asked to have it removed from the bill since it hadn’t arrived, but the waiter seemed confused about why. Unfortunately, this has happened on multiple visits to this Olive Garden, with appetizers arriving after the main course.

When the soup, salad, and breadsticks finally did come, there were no salad bowls provided, only the small plates typically used for breadsticks. Our server also checked in to offer refills even though our drinks were still nearly full. Lastly, as we exited, we noticed the lobby area smelled like a toliet, unlike when we came in which was weird.

The food itself was good, but the repeated issues with service timing and attention to detail make the experience feel inconsistent. I just think maybe the waitstaff are being thrown into the deep end too quickly, they need more training before serving on their own. Having worked in an Italian restaurant myself it was painfully obvious that this was not Andrew’s fault, but rather managements.

I wish i could give 1/2 star. Was seated & waited 20 minutes. No one showed up until I walked to the hostess. 1 hr later we received our pasta. Did you hand roll the pasta & kill the salmon in the kitchen? I have better communication with my cat than all the workers here with eachother.

Honestly, I wasn't going to leave this review. The restaurant is barely 15% filled. I came in and ask to be seated while I wait for my +1. They told me no, and said policy was to wait for the whole party to be here. I am stilling waiting, but someone just came in by themselves and ask to be seated, and they same person just sat them. So is it policy or not?

Sad to say. We came last Friday for the endless pasta deal. Power went out after our first dish. So no endless pasta but still charged. Very disappointed
