My wife and I have been to multiple Olive Gardens over the years. But our experience today at the Framingham, MA restaurant was by far the best. It started at the entrance with Joseph greeting us with such friendliness and sincerity. Then it continued with Sylvia our waitress. She also was friendly and sincere, along with attentive. Joseph and Sylvia set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. I hope the general manager reads this review and relays it to Joseph and Sylvia. The food was delicious as always. The vanilla ice coffee was incredible.

My husband and I went to Olive Garden for lunch. We had a great experience. Our waiter was very good, but I didn't get his name. I had the shrimp scampi, which was delicious, and my husband had the tour of Italy, which he enjoyed. There was a manager, Jefferson, who checked on us several times and who made sure we had a wonderful experience. His positive attitude made our visit extra enjoyable.

We had to ask for a server to come help us after sitting for 10ish minutes without being noticed at all.
Once we finally were helped, food was good and server was efficient enough.

A hour to get the pre-made food, so ridiculous. Worse service today ever, my waitress waiting half-an-hour to bring my soup. My son had to eat the overcooked bread sticks on the table.

Forgot my order, never brought my salad. Brought my salad, never brought plates. Continued walking past us, to wait I assume she thought was a bigger tipper. Her poor service is what determines the tip. It’s been 40 minutes and still waiting on my toddlers pizza… the restaurant is damn near empty now.

Pasta undercooked, not once but twice after sending it back!!! Unreal! How does an Italian restaurant undercook pasta????

From the moment we were greeted by our server, it was clear she was in a rush to get us out. She didn’t take the time to listen to what we were saying or to take our order properly. When we mentioned that we needed some takeout orders, she hurriedly processed our requests. While we were enjoying our appetizers, we hadn’t yet started on the main entrée. The server rushed & asked if we needed boxes for our food. She brought us the check without even asking if we wanted anything for dessert. Everything occurred in just one hour; we didn't even overstay.

The service was awesome. The server was very attentive. The food is terrible. Overcooked pasta inedible soup. I have eaten at Olive Gardens before, and they have been ok. This one was absolutely awful. I would avoid at all costs, especially since there are so many other options around it. The salad was still good..

There is a horrible smell in the entire restaurant as if a whole team of football players went to the bathroom at the same time and didn’t flush. You need to handle this. I couldn’t eat my food
