My wife and I have been to multiple Olive Gardens over the years. But our experience today at the Framingham, MA restaurant was by far the best. It started at the entrance with Joseph greeting us with such friendliness and sincerity. Then it continued with Sylvia our waitress. She also was friendly and sincere, along with attentive. Joseph and Sylvia set the tone for a wonderful dining experience. I hope the general manager reads this review and relays it to Joseph and Sylvia....
My husband and I went to Olive Garden for lunch. We had a great experience. Our waiter was very good, but I didn't get his name. I had the shrimp scampi, which was delicious, and my husband had the tour of Italy, which he enjoyed. There was a manager, Jefferson, who checked on us several times and who made sure we had a wonderful experience. His positive attitude made our visit extra enjoyable.
We had to ask for a server to come help us after sitting for 10ish minutes without being noticed at all.
Once we finally were helped, food was good and server was efficient enough.
