Took 39 min to make a ham egg and cheese sandwich! The slowest kitchen service ever!
Terrible! The ladies are the best costumrt service but whoever cooks in the kitchen! They are terrible! They need to hire spmebody that actually knows what he is doing! Coatumer service the best! Kitchen line! Suck

Food is always delicious. I tried their frango catupiry pizza for the first time and i loved it! Their bolo de pote nutella was so rich and yummy!

Totally disorganized. I called to place an order, the girl asked me to wait a minute, I spent 7 minutes on the line listening to her answer all the possible customers and she didn't answer me, I hung up and called again because I thought I probably had forgotten, she asked for a minute and disappeared once again. In short: I gave up placing my order because I was not answered.

I'm giving one star because I'm forced to.
Disorganized bakery, every time I order something goes wrong, for example 2 loaves on the plate, after 15 minutes 1 loaf arrives.
And when you order rice, you get beans.

It's not the employees' fault, it's the management's fault.

I wish, I could give this place a zero star. Both of my pizzas were made wrong. I had a third half pizza that they even didn't make. It took them several minutes to locate my order and then asked me to wait 20 minutes to get my refund or they will make me a new pizza. I asked them why I needed to wait to 20 minutes to get the refund. After some heated exchange they refunded me the money. However, I came home with 2 wrongly made pizza. Totally ruined my Friday evening with family.
