I'm torn on this particular location. The food is excellent but the customer service is lacking. I can't for the life of me understand why they almost never bring the food out to the online pickup area. You could be standing there waiting, and they'll look at you and drop it off behind the counter. You then have to find someone else and ask them to bring it the ten extra steps to where you are. I think some better management and supervision from someone concerned with making the customer service as good as the food quality would make this a higher rated franchise.
I've only sat down to eat in there once and that was before recent renovations so I can't really comment on the atmosphere

These stupid idiots put an apple in the bag instead of a baguette. Reminded me of half a tomato soup. My order says ready for pickup, but there is no order for Pickup. Stupid idiots!!!

I decided to treat myself to lunch as an incentive to get some work done😊. I was disappointed to see they covered the outlets to prevent people from using them. If I am going to pay close to $20 for a sandwich, soup, and a drink the least they could do is let you charge your devices. I have spent many hours at Panera in my past and spent more money because I kept ordering items. I will definitely not be back. Rather pick a cheaper lunch somewhere else.
Separately I have to say their customer service really is lacking. I asked where to get my drink and was just handed a cup. (I did not realize it was a batch made drink and self serve behind me). Instead of telling me where to go she just kept her hand out with the cup. She could see I was confused. Additionally once I sat down I realized my spoon was not clean. It had crusted food on it. When I went up to the counter again for a new one there was no response just handed a new spoon. No sorry about that. Or apologies let me get you a clean spoon. Just handed a new one and barely looked up at me.

One of the best Panera location I've ever been to.
i’m not sure who decided for young unprofessional mangers to have the job here. This woman made side eye and comments everytime i looked at my order. I’m not sure if it was bc i am a different race but the manger maria was highly disgustingly inappropriate with side comments about my order. If there is no action to take care of this unpleasant attitude, i will go the far beyond. I apologize for anyone else they have made feel like this.

My wife and I go to Panera all the time, all over the place. We just came back from 3000 mile road trip where we looked for every Panera we could and got the chipotle chicken avocado melt every time. We can tell you that this particular Panera has the BEST chipotle chicken avocado melt.
