When we lived in Natick MA last year, this used to be my go-to place to buy fresh pastries and cakes! The nutella shortcake, carrot cake and the fruit bread are my favorites! A lot of local (Brazilian) ppl visit here so I know it's very good!

The food here is truly amazing, which is why this is so hard for me to write. My experiences with customer service have left me feeling hurt and uncomfortable.
I usually come here with my sisters, and on one visit we were given a bag to carry our food. While walking to the parking lot right outside the entrance, the bag tore completely. Our drinks spilled, the food fell onto the ground, and what was left was soaked. When we came back to explain what happened, an employee did offer to replace the drink, but said the food could not be remade—even after clearly seeing the ripped bag and the food spilled in the parking lot. That was really disappointing.
On a different visit, I stopped in to grab a quick meal. My card declined, and instead of handling the situation privately and with understanding, the employee discussed it openly with another worker. I was told I needed to call someone to pay or the food would be thrown away. What hurt the most was when he then asked my younger sister—who was visiting me from foster care—if she could pay for my food. That moment was incredibly uncomfortable and embarrassing, and it crossed a line.
I understand concerns about food waste, and I truly respect that, but the way this was handled lacked empathy and professionalism. I’m doing the best I can while taking on adult responsibilities and trying to support my younger siblings, and that interaction left me feeling judged instead of understood.
This has been one of the few places I could afford to bring my sisters, and it meant something to us. While the food is wonderful, I don’t feel comfortable returning unless there is more care, compassion, and professionalism shown to customers.

Food was fantastic and staff was super friendly! During their busier times it can be hard to find seating and move around the small space. But quick service and reasonably priced :) will be coming back again!!

I've grabbed food from the buffet before, but it was my first time trying the açaí.
The buffet is extensive and everything I’ve tried tastes great. But that açaí….its the best açaí I’ve had in Massachusetts.
Update 11/9: This place is a hidden gem. I’ll drive the 20 minutes on any given day for this quality.

This is Brazilian buffet with Brazilian meat. It’s cut off the rotisserie
They have a very eclectic buffet. They have everything.
But I have to tell you that they have this dessert. It’s unbelievable delicious.
There’s no other place I’ve ever had that has this, and I would describe it as a spongy soft moist cake. This really light textured mouse and chocolate. It is a TEN. 10!

After spending 35$ i was followed down the street and accused by one of the men working on the lights or ceiling that I didnt pay for a ice-cream that I was looking at while waiting for the food i ordered and was just waiting for. I was so offended I dumped my bag at his feet to prove him wrong. Of course he apologized and walked away with his head down. But I'm a business woman in area and have and continue to spend money weekly there. It wasn't even one of the nice ladies that work there. Just a man fixing a light or something on the cieling.

Friendly staff, tasty food, and a fun vibe — plus lots of parking!
I originally came here just for the açaí bowl- so fresh and creamy, with a refreshing berry flavor, and that pure joy of digging into milk powder and condensed milk : ) I also tried their buffet and bakery items — both are fantastic!

All of the food is delicious!
The Brazilian food is delicious, especially all the snacks and desserts. This place is often crowded and has a long waiting line in a tiny space, but it's definitely worth it. The staff is friendly. You can buy a meal at any time of the day, on a self-service manner, and that's my favorite aspect of this bakery. I don't recommend dining in, though. It can get really loud and uncomfortable.
