We ordered three things, and each was wrong. First, I asked for the banana, walnut, pecan loaf. She looked at me incredibly confused. I repeated it. She asked if I wanted it warmed up, and I said yes. They gave it to us cold. Second, my daughter ordered her typical lemonade and asked for light ice. They added a heaping scoop. Finally, I ordered one of the seasonal pecan drinks, grande. They were out of the right sized cups so she said it would be in a tall cup. She didn’t give me a receipt so I have no idea for which I was actually charged. This was all after the line got 5-6 customers deep as the two baristas just chatted away with no sense of urgency or care while making drinks for the three individuals who had already ordered. Next time, I’ll suffer the extra stop and go to the one at the corner of Commonwealth and Main.

It's the longest Starbucks service I've ever received. They take long to serve you and they prioritize the easiest orders passing in front of you even if you asked before.

They should put more people to work, just one person is not enough.

I wish I could leave a review about the quality of the coffee but I can’t. This is a location inside a target. I went there today at 4 PM. The lights were on, the sign was lit, and the online information says it is open today, closes at eight. There was one employee there, who was just standing there and when I asked for a coffee, she said “sorry we’re closed”. I was shopping for a while, so I watched four or five other people approach and be turned away, looking confused. Occasionally, she would get a sponge and wipe off a counter or restock the sugar. I’m sure it was the easiest money she’s ever made. Truly a bizarre experience. I have to leave one star because the system won’t let me post without leaving at least one

Today, my wife and I purchased two lattes at the Framingham Target Starbucks. Pam served us… excellently. She was all alone — taking orders and making all of the drinks and packaging food. She was unflappable, focused, and pleasant. The situation must have been difficult for her… but she did not show it.Please pass along this praise to Pam… and if you are visiting this store today - be sure to provide her with a positive comment!
