Incorrect order although I told them 3 times
My friend applied for a part time job at this location. The woman asked for a phone interview, he told her he would be using a voice interpreter (he is deaf). She told him that he wouldn’t be a good fit for this job. This is insane, and very discriminating!
Waited in the drive thru line for almost 20 min (with only 2 cars in front of me) then when I got up to the window they didn't have my order in the system. Took another 5 min to make my drink...iced passion tea lemonade... not something complicated. Because of the set up of the line I was stuck waiting and am now late for work. Totally unacceptable
