First, it's a drive-in ONLY business - no walk-ins. On top of that, only passenger cars are served there. The road signs along I-90 don't even mention its existence. Watch my video to ensure that you know how to locate the entrance!
We've been coming here a few times for several years when we return to Maryland. Our orders were always fulfilled properly, which included coffees and breakfast items. Wait time is reasonable. Items seem to be pricier compared to other locations, though. Overall, good experience.

Worse starbucks out here won't even let trucker order coffee cause they only serve drivers with cars.

It was not a good experience. The coffee was burnt and ridiculously priced. They were out of stock of multiple bakery items. I ordered a tall vanilla latte, which normally would cost no more than $6.00, but I was charged $7.01 for a mediocre, lukewarm, burnt coffee bean coffee. Would not recommend.

Drive thru only. If you parked, you can't get coffee. They won't serve you if you come to window .

This place is on a rest area a lot of trucks drivers parked at that rest area and they want to buy coffee too , and they said theirs policy doesn’t allows to sale anything because we don’t have a car we have trucks. ? trucks drivers move the all country. Thanks to us you can sale everything in that place because we move it . ?

They have a walk-up window but wouldn’t serve my wife from it, and told her to walk to the drive thru, which she did. Then another worker told her they wouldn’t serve her if she wasn’t in a car. You can’t get to the drive thru if you didn’t immediately turn off the exit. They were very rude about it all. Such an absurd operation. Go to Dunks at the next rest area.

This is a rest area with truck parking and it's morning and you have drive through only also an awkward sign with Patrick from Starbucks with his legs open to say you're open but don't allow walk ups and only your drive through is open so I guess you simply don't think truckers are worthy of your coffee but I bet you need em for your supplies. Thanks for nothing sure wish I had access to a coffee this morning!

HARD RIGHT IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOU GET OFF THE EXIT!!!!! officially the stupidest business I've ever seen. If you miss the drive thru entrance you're screwed. They will not serve you at the window. Unless you're one of the psychos that would drive the wrong way up the ramp.

Made the wrong size after i ordered and then lied to me that they will charged the grande size instead of venti, but i checked the receipt and it said venti. Thus, the staff poured outside of my personal cup and dripped on my hand. Great experience in got so far from this place
