There is no option to walk into the place and the warning only in front of the entrance even though on in the application mentioned that it has option to purchase in store. Because of one way road, you cannot return to the beginning of the driveway, and the personal refused to accept the order through the window for cars when I walked there. They promised to call police just to do not serve my order. Terrible experience, this place doesn’t exist for me anymore.

Didn’t want to serve me because I wasn’t in a car . Even through my semi truck couldn’t fit in the parking lot .i hope it’s not be a of my skin color 🤦🏽‍♂️

Came for a double espresso at 1:30 on a Monday. 1/2 hour waiting in a line you can’t get out of. A long time to wait for a double espresso especially at 1:30 in the afternoon. This has to be the slowest Starbucks. Also, no way to order a head or go inside. Once you are in this line you are trapped for a 1/2 hour.

the kind person at the window not only suggested a modification that made my drink even more AMAZING, but the kindness he showed truly made our day :) we were truly blown away by the quick, friendly and welcoming service!

This is the WORST Starbucks i have been too. Here is why:
1. Whoever pulled my espresso doesnt know how too. The worst espresso i have received from a SB
2. My sandwhich was thrown into the bag causing it to be in 3 different pieces when trying to eat it
3. The person taking my order got my coffee size wrong
4. The person making coffee looked like they wanted to die

Overall skip this starbucks. I will never ever return 👎👎👎👎

Stupid store if you miss it it’s too late because there is only one way in. If you don’t hit drive through right off pike they won’t let you walk in and there’s no way to get back to it because it’s one way. Stupid stupid stupid.

No walk up service my car is to big for drive through . It’s at a turnpike! Many Starbucks I have passed because the was the easiest exit. 🤷🏼‍♀️plenty of parking to walk up.. signs in spots that say NO WALKUP .

I found long hair in my coffee so I tried to talked with manager so lady with glasses she was rude she said I can’t talked with manager so I have to leave I’m surprised how every Starbucks different that location bad management 🤮even I ask her name she didn’t tell her name I don’t know how can I report but I’m regular customer.never ever again

Watched a grown man throw everything on the window display on the ground and shatter it because they don’t take walk ups. They literally are legally not allowed to. Take it up with corporate not with minimum wage employees just doing their jobs. These reviews about “no walk up etc” are so stupid. Get over it.

It's a Starbucks so im sure the coffee is great! And don't worry. If you happen the miss the drive through entrance on you way in, it only take a 12 mile, 23 minute detour to get back to it. Which you have to take if you want coffee. Because they don't have walk up service.

I am truck driver. I can’t drive through. I came there at 9 am and stayed in the lane behind cars and they didn’t want to take my order because I am not in the car. The girl said go ahead and buy coffee at McDonald. Why?! Can’t I treat myself with better coffee?! You made me feel like I am bagger and asked you for leftovers! I am your customer and treat me with respect!!! I just wanted to buy your supper experience coffee!!!

Good service. There’s a quick right-hand turn off the exit to get into the drive-through.

I ordered and paid for a VT caramel macchiato and they gave me half the glass. I won't be returning.

This Starbucks location only has a drive-thru and no walk-in access, which makes it inconvenient for truckers who can’t get their coffee easily. The management might be losing out on business from truck drivers. It would be great if they could add a drive-thru lane specifically for large vehicles.”

I find it very stupid to set up at a restaurant area that is also a truck stop and then tell truckers you are drive thru only and you can’t serve them
