They added spicy sauce even though we clearly did not ask for any. They also cannot communicate in english. Do not go there under any circumstances especially if you want your order to be exact.

This place should get inspected for food safety. They often have visibly rotting vegetables ie. spinach, tomatoes, etc.

On top of that the workers have zero training or customer service knowledge. It’s not a language issue, it’s a case of lacking knowledge that you are a business who is actually selling something to customers.

I ordered “two 6 inch sandwiches” & the woman working there proceeded to make me a foot long. Then when I asked her to cut the bread when it came to add the veg toppings, she acted as if she was the customer & was going to eat the sandwich. I had to stand my ground and explain how one sandwich needed completely separate toppings and the other needed to be spicy. LoL and then she acted pissed off as if I said something wrong??? Wow if you dont want to work there then why are you working there and making the customer experience so miserable.

Come on Subway! What a waste of prime location space!! Avoid this Subway!

The middle eastern ladies working at the counter are extremely disrespectful. They rush you when you’re deciding on what to eat (even when there’s no one behind you in line) and then they make comments in another language, snickering and looking at you - clearly they’re talking trash about customers. I refuse to ever return back to this place

I love Subway but had to leave only one star on this one because of a critical issue. THEY NEVER CHANGE THEIR GLOVES! I’ve watched the process a few times and they’ve touched money and other things around and go back with same gloves build your sandwich. Makes me wonder what happens on the back stage?!

The language barrier between the only poor soul on staff and myself was too large to get my order correct, I couldn't even tell her to stop putting visibly expired avacodo on my sandwich. She seemed stressed and overworked. Safe yourself food poisoning and just don't eat here. Even my soft pretzel was stale.

If you choose to visit this Subway restaurant, be prepared to be asked to leave in the middle of your meal. I placed a pickup order, but upon arrival, I realized there was more than 45 minutes left until the restaurant closed. I inquired if I could sit and eat there, and the manager gave me permission. However, after only 10 minutes, a couple approached me and requested that I leave because they were closing 30 minutes earlier than usual that day. It would have been considerate if they had informed me before I started my meal.This experience has been the worst in terms of service, and I have no intention of returning to this location.

The staff's rudeness prompted me to report the issue to both the Subway and Walmart (since the Subway is situated within the Walmart property) managers due to inappropriate comments. Despite being informed, the staff reiterated their lack of concern for Google ratings or reviews. This behavior contradicts the professionalism and customer service principles that Subway strives to maintain. Very disappointed.

The language barrier is too severe for anyone to have a good experience here. If you’re Indian and can speak it then you’ll probably be just fine. I had my order made all kinds of wrong and I was argued to with a smile. Incredibly disappointed experience. The fact it was a mobile order and still made wrong blows my mind.I ordered “The great garlic” online and selected double meat (not double chicken) and they kept arguing with me when I returned saying I only ordered double chicken but it’s very clear online when I selected double meat it double both meat, hence why the calorie count goes up for both meats on my end.Arguing with customers instead of making things right when it was your lack of skills is so terrible for business.

ugh I hate to leave a bad review but I got the Philly cheesesteak and there was barley and meat or cheese on it.. was mostly onions. It tasted bad and I had a stomach ache the next day. The counter person asked if I wanted anything else and basically convinced me to get 2 cookies and a chocolate milk.. that added $7!! $17 for a bad meal
