How do you ask a customer to wait 1 hour and then send a message saying that you would be 20 minutes late and simply let them know when they had already waited 1 hour? People's time has become a joke? "Oh sorry" You should have let them know sooner! Only 4 items

Excellent food, quality sushi. HOWEVER, the service is terrible. Poorly organized. And when they answer a question, it seems like they are doing you a favor by making sushi for you as if you weren't paying for it.
Customer service is terrible. If you want to get frustrated, it's better to go to the neighbor who makes sushi just as good, with similar prices and excellent service.
