terrible. takes 5 years to prepare food. every employee stares at the screen with the orders as if it’s gonna make anything happen faster. would never step foot here again. i love taco bell and this just really threw me off…

I know this is a fast food place but they hardly put any meat in there tacos, gorditals, chalupas etc . You can barely taste it...definitely not like the commercial shows!!

Came to tacobell, ordered my food on the kiosk at 12:05. I had ordered a chicken quesadilla and 3 soft tacos with no lettuce. while waiting for my food I watched FOUR people who ordered food after I did to get served their food. When I asked about my food I was told my order is next, then proceeded to serve two people who ordered after me again, I finally got my food at 12:32. I was given a grilled cheese quesadilla. This place has horrible service, they move like snails, and mess up your order.

Horrible waited for my food for over 20 mins when i ordered through the kiosk as there was a huge line. And I’m on limited time for work. I order 3 soft tacos and a quesadilla. My quesadilla was wrong. And already to late to go back and fix it as my lunch is 30 mins and I spend 25 of it waiting for a 4 min prep meal make it make sense. ?!?! Workers move like snails and when asked about my order the manager completely ignore and disregarded me! I wish I could rate a 0!
