Ordered a pizza at 830pm. At 1005pm called to see where was my order and they said five minutes. Ten minutes go buy and I call again to cancel the order. At 1030pm the food showed up cold and just looked awful. Their response sorry we only have one driver. Well if you only had one driver maybe convey that to your customers before giving them the run around for an hour. Food sucked people answering phone sucked and I feel like I was robbed

The next day went in and spoke to the OWNER and he think all these reviews that say the service is horrible and mention the drivers service as being awful is fake smh. No wonder they don't care the owner doesn't.

Do not go here . Worst buisness I have ever had the misfortune of going to . They mess up your order, refuse to correct it , going as far as to laugh at you and say too bad. The food is subpar , I have had school cafeteria food that tasted better . They have disgusting customer service . They mess up my order and im told oh well deal with it . They should not be in buisness. What an embarassment to the city of Framingham. Please go elsewhere , go to mcdonalds over this sad place.

Very Awful place . Person on the phone is very rude and does not listen at all . I ordered food stated what I wanted twice and the " man " on the phone repeated it yet when I got my order it was completley wrong. I then called and was told by this same little boy that I would be charged to get my order he messed up corrected then he hung up on me . This place has the worst customer service and honestly the food is awful as well I only order fron here as a last resort . Save your money go somewhere else .

The owner is extremely disrespectful and their driver is just as bad. They have the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with they just keep getting worse. They need to be such down or bored of health needs to be called I’m sure they’re breaking a lot of health code violations!! Worst place ever!
