Went out with friends, wasn’t a good experience we saw 3 mice run across the floors while eating. Very gross and uncomfortable. We brought it up to our waitresses and she said “Sorry there’s nothing we can do about it, I wish I could make them go away, you should see our dumpster in the back?” WHAT?!! Very unpleasant. Mind you our bill was also $146! So you would think at least a discount! NOTHING. Crazy. Never will I return to this location again! One of our dishes also had a very sour taste! YUCK.

Service was great. A+ his name is Will and has great service. .. but I love my drinks and this place needs a new bartender for sure. Long Island Icetea was the smallest littlest filled with ice and basically no alcohol at all.

Just good and affordable American-styled meals like ribs, burgers.

Great place to grab a bite or a drink. Love the bartender, Rob.

Ordered take out and in the order was potato skins which tasted as though they were cooked hours ago. Two orders of sesame Jack chicken. One order had 8 pieces of chick and the other had 22. Both were overcooked and very dry. The Cesar salad I ordered did not have a bread stick as stated on the menu. No wonder they are closing.

One of a few restaurants are open after 9pm for a quick bite to eat after a movie. Ribs and Wings were great with a side Caesar Salad. Quick and friendly service. Highly recommend for a late dinner or bite after a movie.

I sure do love a good Cobb salad. And they said it came with mixed greens. Alas it only came with the whitest and most tasteless, useless iceberg lettuce. I prefer a more honest menu....

I'd not eaten in a Friday for decades. My memory of a brunch at Friday's, albeit a different location, were wonderful. A late lunch/early dinner yesterday did not measure up in any way to my memories. The place was dark. I did appreciate the servers were masked and kept their distance. Menu leaned heavily to fried. This works well if you want apps to accompany drinking. I loved my cotton candy martini and my companion her specialty margarita. She had a sampler of wings, mozzarella sticks, and potato skins. It came with 4 different sauces-a plus. I tried the skins and sticks and thought them salty as were my cheesy fries. I left very disappointed and not wanting to ever eat there again.

Steak was not well done though that's what I wanted. Apart from that, I enjoyed my evening ☺

The food and service is good here , walked in during lunch and had a hostess immediately seat us, tables and area where clean.

The server was very helpful, the sliders were very tasty and he got me the non-spicy ones but added bacon, yum

Managers, step up your game. Service here is horribly slow. The only reason I come here is because my life hours only allow me to dine at this hour and this is the only option open ??‍♂️ Framingham investors, pay attention to the opportunity!

The worst service ever. We ordered the 6 0z steak which w could have been eaten in 2 bites. When we asked to replace the steak with an actual 6 oz steak, the kitchen manager came out and fought us about it. She was rude and eventually agreed to make a new steak. We received the new steak 30 minutes later. There was also no one here so no excuse for the delay. On top of that the bathrooms had no soap and no toilet paper. Very bad experience and would highly recommend you stay away from here.

It would be a disservice to society to not share my experience. Its mind boggling. Apologize in advance for the length. Two friends and I come in on a weekday night, not busy at all. Maybe one second after we sit in the booth, our server comes over and asks for our drink orders. We have to say 3 different times and in three different ways that we need a minute to decide because we literally JUST sat down. Apparently that was a hard concept to grasp. Weird. 15 minutes later he comes back, we all order waters and cocktails from the QR code menu on the table, he leaves. Another 15 minutes later he comes back with 2 waters and 1 straw (3 of us) and tells us that they can't make any of the 3 drinks we ordered from the menu. We're annoyed it took so long for him to only tell us we werent getting our drinks, so we keep it simple and go with 2 gin and tonics and 1 vodka lemonade. He then goes "what is gin? Is that a liquor?" To which we reply yes. Then he says "we probably don't have that" to my vodka lemonade. I say "do you have lemonade?" "Yes" "and vodka?" "Yes" ..... "and you can't mix them together?" ..... "oh. I guess I could probably do that" He leaves. 15 minutes later our drinks arrive. My friend asks what the soup of the day is, he tells her and she says okay nevermind, orders something else to eat. We also ask for limes for our drinks. He returns with lemons. That he announced as limes as he put them down. With confidence. We should've told him lemons = yellow and limes = green, but we were so blown away at what had already transpired since arriving, we didn't even correct him. 25+ minutes later the soup we didn't order arrives. We tell the server that we didn't order that, and he says "are you sure?" Finally after explaining multiple times, again, that we only asked what is was and said nevermind after hearing, he takes it back. Another 20 minutes passes and the food we DID order arrives. We ask for the check and to go boxes right then because at this point we have been here for almost 2 hours and we're hating every second of it. We go to munch while we wait for boxes, and realize none of us even have silverware for some very silverware-necessary meals. We just throw our food into the boxes caveman-style when they come, pay the bill (still left a tip even though he didn't deserve it bc we're not assholes) and hopped over to the Olive Garden a minute away where the service was impeccable. Proof that chain restaurants can still care about pleasing their customers!!! Not gonna lie, service at TGI 90% of the time is awful here, clearly managers don't care to fix it, but this experience was record breaking. Quite literally could get better service from a McDonalds. I don't even write Yelp reviews, but I couldn't resist.

This restaurant is the definition of disgusting. The servers just leave each table covered in dishes and trash which makes for an unsanitary dining experience. The floors look like they haven’t been mopped in a year. Only came because everywhere else was busy, won’t be returning.
