The food here was good, but not outstanding. I would say it tasted like a pretty typical chain Mexican restaurant. I got the tamales and I’ve definitely had better. The sauce and masa harina (cornmeal dough) were good, but the chicken on the inside was fairly dry and lacking some flavor. The same would go with the enchiladas I tried. The carnitas inside were just a little dry and not much flavor inside. The chips and salsa were pretty good. They came in plastic molcajetes which...

Really excellent food — fresh ingredients, well prepared. Service was excellent as well and we enjoyed sitting on the patio. I had the chiles rellenos. Chips and salsa were also excellent.
